Do not recommend The location is good -less than 10 minutes from the airport and a 2-block walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas at a very well-marked area on the beach, which is beautiful. We couldn’t get an omelette at breakfast without waiting in a super long line. The scrambled eggs on the buffet were never hot, But a terrible breakfast was the least of our worries. Our daughter had new bug bites every morning! She slept on the sleeper sofa. It was awful. We had chosen a room on the app then were given a completely different room upon check-in. Maybe the original room would not have had bugs in the bed? I would look for a different choice for the money (expensive!) next time.

A Good Hotel in Isla Verde The hotel is very close to the airport. It needs some upgrading as it's a bit worn, but doable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The pool was nice and it has a nice pool bar. The bar drinks are affordable ($7-$10). They offer free breakfast and afternoon snacks/drinks. It is not in the heart of San Juan (about a 20 minute cab ride away), but is within a 5 minute walk of many restaurants on the main street in the Isla Verde neighborhood. I very much enjoyed my stay there. The customer service was excellent!

Avoid- Loud, unclean and poor customer service I agree with a few other reviews. Terrible sleep because of the parties everynight for prom. The room wasnt clean (dated) and the pillows and blankets were terrible. I called the front desk and Corporate after the 3rd night of partying until 2am and they were not helpful and pretty rude. Also, we left with bug bites!

No sleep because of noise. Location was great. Room was fine. The pool is beautiful and the walk to the beach was short. The evening cocktails were nice and the staff was friendly. There was a prom in the atrium that night with loud music. We thought no big deal figuring it would end by midnight, but the loud music went on until 3am. It was impossible to sleep. I would stay again if I was assured there wouldn't be a loud event at night.

Wrong room given! With no options or concern from the staff. I really like the option of choice and that was taken from me. I book this trip as gift to my son for his graduation. I book a double queen with a pull out. Directly on the website but when we arrived we were given a king and pull out. I had to take it for the night as it was late but the next day I was told they had too many ppl checking in the next two days for me to get my original room. I was traveling with my grandma and two teens (18,14) this room did not make sense and really was unfair. I could have been informed before we arrived (and this again was booked directly on the site months in advance) or given the option to get two rooms. But I was not given either.
