Meh - Could Have Been Better Charged twice, not refunded and then the water outside the cottage was dirty with debris, cigarette butts, and plastic. I thought they could have scooped it with a pool skimmer for the price we were paying.

Not bad.... The entire staff was pleasant to deal with. Marina was very accommodating. The quiet atmosphere was also a plus. The actual rooms were dated for the price. Rooms were also not cleaned due to “covid”. They would provide new towels/bedding upon request...but would still prefer housekeeping. Not a “bad” experience...just some fine tuning needs to take place for the price.

Way Too Expensive - No Amenities. Only stay here if it’s $150-$200 a night. I hated that they gave us a towel card and that we had to exchange one towel to get one clean towel for the pool and beach. The towel stand closed at 6 and once they were out of clean towels when I went to get a fresh one. It makes the whole place feel like it’s not a resort. We paid over $550 a night to stay here. The pool bar was often out of drinks like the pina colada. The pool was very small and crowded. The second pool on the property was very old and beaten up. There was no servicing of the rooms. You have to call for fresh towels and take out your own trash. I would only stay here if it cost about $150 -$200 a night. The hotel was beautifully landscaped and had lots of games and things to keep people entertained.

Another fantastic stay! We had another fantastic stay at PCI. Our trip had some moving parts due to Hurricane Elsa and PCI was still able to make things work for us, in fact they went above and beyond making it our best stay yet (4th stay overall)!! The property was beautiful as always, and the fish tacos/breakfast panini/gator bites are still to die for at the raw bar! See you again soon PCI, thank you for another wonderful memory!!!

Great and beautiful location but not much else The resort seemed nice and we had an amazing view but there was a lot of parting in our building, resulting in fights and cops being called. It was hard to get hold of the front desk to report it. Not a peaceful stay. Not exactly environmentally friendly place either. However, I enjoyed being able to use a kayak and paddleboard.
