Great hotel in the center of Jackson Great hotel : beautiful rooms, super cosy mattresses, the toiletries are Molton Brown - one of the best. Daily room cleaning. Starbucks coffee available all day in the lobby. Parking. Great location- near the Main Street , restaurants and shops. Very warm recommended.

Happy change of hotel worked out and we saved some money Plan B hotel after the Lexington cancelled reservations a month ahead of our trip (hotel changed owners and was still under construction). Very nice updated older hotel with interior entrance and second floor balcony. Room was very pleasant with Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator. Hotel staff carried my suitcase up the stairs since there was not an elevator. We stayed 2 nights and would stay again. No breakfast but you could buy cereal, milk, juice and coffee in the lobby was a courtesy. We bought baked goods in town for breakfast the next day. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants but you might want to drive. Parking was limited due to construction on one portion of the inn. We didn't check out the pool.

Guest Relations, a Gold Standard During a time of immense grief and loss, Dany the Guest Relations Manager worked with me to resolve our travel plans that we were unfortunately unable to make work. His kindness and patience in working with me are so very greatly appreciated, and this property should be proud to have him on their team. Thank you, Dany, your compassion and empathy were a gentle reminder there are good people in this world.

Scammers and Crooks Avoid this scammy location at all costs. Got double billed for a reservation and they have done nothing to make the issue whole. Ask the “manager” to speak to the general manager and get told they don’t speak to guests. What kind of establishment is this? Room was not clean, hair was in the shower, sheets tough as nails, and air was stale. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

7 Day Stay in February - Really Enjoyed We really enjoyed our stay. My friend and I stayed for 7 days to enjoy a plethora of winter activities. House keeping came everyday, we never had to request fresh towels as they were always waiting for us. The hot tub was fantastic, especially after winter sports and freezing temperatures. The staff was very friendly. I wish that there had been more options as far as beverages in the lobby, but it was not a huge deal.
