Stay away! Just checked in . I have visited homeless shelters that have newer, cleaner furniture.- The wallpaper is falling off the wall in the bathroom. I would't walk barefoot on the carpet for a thousand dollars. The mismatched furniture is 40 years old and stained. The room smells of mold. I this is my UPGRADED Jr Suite for being a diamond member.

A Health Department Nightmare I don’t know how this hotel is still operating. Blood on the mattress, mold on the ceiling and walls, mold and mildew in the bathroom, and an AC unit held up by 2x4s. I was also charged $300 for an upgrade! It is unsanitary and unsafe. The pictures only capture the worst of it. They should be closed down as a matter of public safety and health.

Gross; just gross I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years, and this is easily the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. It's time to either renovate or sell this property. The rooms are gross. I checked into a room with worn and stained carpet, lampshades barely hanging on to the lamp, yellowing and stained bedding, bathroom vanity that was old, worn and paint peeling, and more. I would stay in my car before staying in this room. I was then moved to another room that was slightly better, although still bad, but the A/C could not keep up. At midnight, it was 79 degrees in the room. I did figure out that if I pulled the beat-up wooden cover away from the wall, it worked better. Really, Hilton should fix this property. I will never stay here again.

Not up to Hilton doubletree standards For a Hilton property the condition was poor. The faucet and bathtub spout were separated from the wall. The wallpaper was Bubbled and the carpets dirty and worn. Beds worn out too and uncomfortable. no maid service . Perhaps daily maid service is not offered, but it was not mentioned if that was the case. I did hear that the hotel is to be refreshed and renovated by a new owner soon. It is way past due and should not have the doubletree name. However the staff, especially Ashanti at check in desk were very pleasant and helpful.

Stellar Front Desk/Bad Room I will start by saying Ashanti at the FD really did a fantastic job, great energy and client engagement. Room was purchased via third party so I expected a little roughness but was terribly disappointed. They should only offer these room late night and for walking at a steep discount. Bathroom was okay, but the room was not better than a truck stop motel. Dirty bathroom door handprints, dirty rug with stains, stuck patio door, broken air vent, damaged paint on walls and doors, dead plugs, no refrigerators, and the list can go on.
