Horrible Stay I hated that a dog a few doors down barked all night so we couldn’t sleep or have piece. The iron wasn’t working at all it took almost 45 mins before one was brought to our room after we called the front desk. The way breakfast was served was a mess. There wasn’t a blanket for the sofa bed. I called for one and we didn’t get one until almost 45 mins later. I will not go back to this location. I’ve never had any issues with other Embassy Suites.

Average Embassy Suites Had AC issues 2 out of 4 days. Poor water pressure for showers. Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Atrium area was warm. Got the feeling that the Hotel was trying to save money by limiting AC and water.

Great stay Overall good stay at this hotel we had a few ants in our room and maintenance came and took care of the problem. I would definitely stay here again it’s a great location close to malls, beach and downtown

Felicia and Taysia you rock! Felicia and Taysua (not sure of spelling) were awesome. Their energy level, and pleasant abs welcoming approach is admirable. Spacious suite, enjoyed our cooked to order breakfast. Had to have singing faxed at 10pm and night staff did not hesitate. Spacious clean hotel.

Need Upgrades This property needs to be upgraded the staff was excellent but the rooms needs new furniture and bathroom plumbing upgrades and HVAC upgrades. Also pool area upgrades to the jacuzzi and other items around the pool
