yuck The entire room was damp, including the floor, someone had left a pair of socks in an end table which makes me question how well the room was even cleaned… and the breakfast was just gross. There was an entire pan of cinnamon rolls that literally had mold all over them. Definite signs that their people don’t really care about good service

Perfect for a pre cruise stay! Great for pre cruise trips! We were greeted warmly by the staff and were even given several places that delivered food. Breakfast was great! Big selection of hot and cold foods. The room was comfy; we had two queen suite with a pull out couch. There were 5 of us; and it was plenty of room. There were a few things that could have been replaced (looks like the curtains had some holes in it and was fixed with white tape) but the beds were amazingly comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and washcloths. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Only bummer is that their hot tub is no longer there; they bricked it in but there could definitely be a reason for that. Would gladly stay here again if I cruised out of this port again.

Great place to stay before or after cruise. My husband and myself stayed one night after returning from cruise to Bahamas. Room was very clean and bed was so soft. Breakfast was really good. Biscuit and gravy with sausage the juice machine didn't work to well only water or could say flavored water instead of orange juice and apple juice. Service was amazing the young lady at the front counter was super nice and friendly. We also was able to park the car while we were gone shuttled to and from the port with was super nice for 5 dollars per person each way.

Nice place near cruise ship terminals Very clean and a really good priced room. Free above average breakfast. Nice sized room. Free parking. Easy check in and check out. Good lighting and a/c. Restroom was big with tub/shower combo and Dove brand body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

YES, YES, YES Great free breakfast;lots of variety; from the yogurt, to the eggs, and cereals, deilcious coffee, juices, and more. beds super comfy; staff courteous. Love the convenience to the cruise port. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone crusing out of the Jacksonville port.
