Oh What A View! My visit was for a convention. The staff at the front desks were at full capacity, yet my check in was fast and easy. The room was lovely, the bed was comfy and on the 10th floor I had a SPECTACULAR view of the St John's River and the bridge that was lit up every night. The fish and chips I had in the restaurant downstairs was hot, fresh and superb. Overall, this was a great experience!

Average Waterfront Experience Nice waterfront piece of property, but the hotel bathrooms in dire need of remodeling along with the exterior of building.

Banquet meals need help. Banquet dinners (steak) was riddled with fat. Very disappointing. Chicken on Friday night was dry. As a vegatable, they served 3 baby pitatoe halves.

Excellent! I visited for a convention, and was very surprised at how comfortable I was in the hotel. I could spend nights here just for the purpose of staying in a relaxing place. The hotel offers so much all on one property. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay would stay again.
