Great service and food. The Juliette Bistro was great. . Amy our server was attentive and exceptional. We had trouble deciding between a couple menu options. She suggested the Pork tenderloin and Salmon meals and they did not disappoint. I recommend asking for her if you want amazing service .

Lovely relaxing travel Our flight was canceled and we needed to spend an evening in Jacksonville. With two teenagers. The rooftop pool and giant TV in room, along with the fitness center, was a perfect distraction. Travis at the front hospitality desk was enormously helpful, and welcoming. We had a great dinner that evening in the hotel, and did I mention the rooftop pool? It was an outstanding way to pass a relaxing afternoon. Spend a little bit more to get a whole lot more. This Marriott is clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Dinner Jessica was our server and she was amazing. Our meal, drinks and dessert were all wonderful. She helped us with our order, our beverages and our dessert. She is a lovely caring. Please compliment her on her service. I am not sure why you need 200 characters

5 Star hotel service but old Cody & Travis are definitely the jewels of this location. Old hotel but great stay. The 2 were professional and did their job with smiles. You can tell when someone has a heart for this. These 2 are definitely your best ambassadors. Once a Reno is complete I’d love to come back and stay at this 5-star establishment. The service is there already!

Needs serious renovation Travis at the front desk is great and so are the valet guys but this resort is very old. In progress of some serious renovation. They need to stop putting sense inside the elevator for ppl who have allergies. Can’t stand the smells in the hotel.
