5 star hotel in my opinion I love the hotel it was clean & front desk manager was very friendly breakfast was good I will be coming back to stay again

Good hotel for price. Not queen size beds as shown during booking. Easy check in, room was clean. Toilet was malfunctioning but nothing major just ran all night so we closed the bathroom door. Only really disappointing fact was they advertise queen beds and even though that's what we booked they were only double beds.

A quick overnight We needed a place for an overnight on our way south and this looked like it would work. At check-in, the man was very matter of factly. Upon entering our room, we saw that this place need some major renovations that BW should look into to maintain a higher standard. The bathroom was in need of new fixtures as there was a major chip in the tub. While there were no electrical problems, a code enforcer could see that there was a need for concerns. The air/heating unit was missing a plate to tell how the controls operated. Outside, a tractor trailer was running most of the night. The next morning, the breakfast area was unserviced and there was no coffee or a refill of the items that one could eat. Quite a few of the guests went up the street, rather than partake of what was offered. We did sleep well on the bed and left the heater unit running for white noise.

Great Breakfast Great Breakfast Bob is the best! He is very helpful and was extremely accommodating. He made the stay worth it and was extremely kind and compassionate. He helped with breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not terrible, but... This is a low cost, older & worn hotel that is getting a face lift. We found room 104 to be very clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Check in was quick. Staff is friendly. A.C. was great. Breakfast was average at best. Not sure why all the 'Great Breakfast' reviews because honestly who cares about that when you're looking for a decent clean & safe place to stay! The downside of our stay, this is a very busy street & area. Several gentlemans clubs nearby, and if you think you're going to sleep past 6:00 a.m. here on a Monday morning, forget it!!! Alongside this hotel is a tractor trailer repair shop who begin work at 6:00. And this particular morning between 7:30 & 8:00 we were kept awake by a staff member walking along our doors talking on his phone with speaker on. This seemed to continue for the better part of a half hour until we opened our door to shush him!! Who does this??? He apologized but we gave up on sleep at this point! So inconsiderate! Also, worth mentioning water pressure & shower head not great but that's not a deal breaker to me. At least it was a hot shower. To sum it up, it's not terrible. We won't return but that's because of the noise not the overall conditions.
