STAY AT HAMPTON INN JFK INSTEAD. This hotel is small, cramped, hot in common areas and has limited shuttle service that only starts at 5 am and only takes you to Federal Circle, not to airport drop off. The restaurant is barely functional, not having many of the items on the menu.. The name Garden Inn usually suggests a certain level of experience but this DOES NOT APPLY. To this hotel. Stay at Hampton Inn JFK INSTEAD.

Not worth the +400 dollar a night Stayed for one night with my flight out of US happening the next day. So location is super convenient. Check in was friendly and professional and so was the staff there overall. The room was ok but the AC had a moldy and rank smell coming from it and was very loud. My room was put next to the kitchen exhaust of their grill restaurant making me and my luggage smell of grilled meats and fried food which was very disturbing. Given you pay almost 500 dollar a night, it is not worth the money.

Close to airport and nice clean rooms. Stayed for an be night between flights. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Very nice bed and nice linens. Was surprised. There is nothing around this location. The restaurant is in inviting and the prices way too high. Felt a bit like a rip off. Has a free shuttle to air train, not to terminal.

Constant loud noise Constant noise at night. Loud music from a nearby property playing the same music all night long. Apparently there is no noise ordinances in Queens. I’m sitting here at 2:40 AM. Feels like torture. I called the front desk who pretended she didn’t know about the noise. I could hear a smug tone in her voice. On top of that they use split a/c units which are old and very loud. I reported it and that it was leaking on to the carpet. They said there was nothing they could do. Breakfast is pricey but they have custom ordered fried eggs and oatmeal so not too bad. Staff was accommodating. Room was updated and clean. Housekeeping staff polite and diligent. They need to complete the upgrades with new a/c units and bedding.

Free hotel shuttle to the airport. This hotel was conveniently located next to JFK airport with a free shuttle to the airport included. It was clean and our room was large with everything in working order. It was also priced competitively with other hotels in the area that offer similar conveniences.
