Great staff, worth the stay The staff at this hotel are excellent. Very helpful and thoughtful. My husband and I came for a friends wedding and had problems from the first flight being delayed which resulted in us missing a connection and being on a much later flight. The car rental place closed before we could get there to pick up our vehicle and it continued that way for a while. We flew into Chicago and were supposed to drive up and be at the hotel by dinner time and now it was after midnight and we were in a pickle. I called the hotel to let them know we were still coming and Danielle answered the phone and was extremely helpful getting us squared away so we didn’t lose our reservation for the weekend. She helped me calm down and was just kind in a moment when I was feeling pretty stressed out. The rest of the staff continued to be this helpful, they helped me with every question, extra pillows (I love a lot of pillows), and most helpful of all they helped me to find my lost credit card! I accidentally left it behind when checking out and they not only found it but mailed it back to me. That weekend was a lot of fun despite all the hiccups and business and it could have been a much more stressful trip. Absolutely would stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff was excellent.

Bad manager, gross room. Two night stay in room 135. Toilet was broken. Fixed fairly quick. A free hours later no hot water. They could not fix. Did not have a room to offer so they said they would reimburse and give us 10,000 points. They did NOT do either. Called the manager daily for days. Never called back. The furniture was stained in the head area. Dirty arm rests. The sink just trickled water. Overall the room was not up to Holiday Inn expectations. It was gross. Needs a major overhaul!!

Not a soaking tub. The "whirlpool tub" is just a standard sized tub/shower combo. It does have jets...but it's only for one person and you can't stretch out. Otherwise the hotel is fine, breakfast was rather good for this type of mid priced hotel.

No housekeeping during our stay (3 nights) We stayed in the hotel for three nights and we didn’t have any housekeeping during the whole stay even if we complained about it on the second day. Every day we needed to ask someone for new towels, because we were left with the old ones. This is not acceptable.

I got to have some wine with popcorn while watching the world series. My husband and I slept in separate beds like we had on our There was a fire in our apartment and we tried to sleep in the van but we stayed at the Holiday Inn and loved the place. It was my 55th birthday we went to dinner and came home and an hour later there was a fire that was across the hall where we had lived for 9 years and it was arson but none of our belongings were destroyed 3 the fire.
