Filthy hotel Room was disgusting. There were stains on the sheets and the bedding was visibly unwashed. The toilet, sink, and shower were all dirty. The room smelled bad. We went down to the lobby at 2 o'clock in the morning to ask for a different room and had to wait because there was 12 people in the lobby with various issues - room issues, booking issues etc. The lady at the front desk seemed to be doing her best, though. She stated that she had had multiple complaints about room cleanliness recently. We were upgraded to a different room. This room was also visibly dirty. The sink was filthy, there was a bunch of hair in the shower, the toilet was dirty, and they were stains on a pillowcase. To top it off there was an old glow stick sitting in the middle of the floor which is ironic because you might actually find a cleaner place at a state school house party than this hotel.

Could be worse but could be a lot better I am going to separate my review into categories to make it easier *Location - if your lucky enough to get a good view you will be able to see the bridges at night which is pretty. If your like us we got a view of the air conditioning units. We were in town for a basketball tournament. Pretty easy to get to the expo center , a great mall about 15 min away. Surrounding area close to hotel …Seemed old / run down *Room - NO mini fridge or microwave. Thought this was pretty standard in hotel rooms ? Beds . Every move you make I’ll be waking you. Every move you literally shake the entire bed. Best way to describe it BOUNCY. If it’s one person per bed you will be fine. Bathroom - water pressure fine , water temp so so but outdated curved tub. Very easy to slip in. Not sure if all rooms but ours the shower curtain was dirty and extra extra long so it hung in the tub . I did not like dirty wet shower curtain touching my legs and feet. I feel like the room as okay but could definitely use a deep clean. *CHECK IN - let’s talk about that for a second. They did not ask to see an id , they did not ask for my car info. I wasn’t told my total. I literally walked up gave my name he said insert your card. I did so. Here are your keys. Oh did you want to purchase breakfast ahead of time? That was it. Did not point me in the direction of the elevators , did not say we have a couple restaurants. Nothing. Elevators super tiny I mean tiny and they seemed to take forever. Did have a decent lobby area with plenty of seating. Tv by the bar is broken so it has fuzzy lines running through it. Okay exercise room and they do have a pool but it’s tiny. We were there 3 nights and it was okay no major problems but nothing to highly recommend. Location is the best thing it has going for it. Yum center , expo center etc easy to get to.

Great stop! Stopped for a night after a looong drive. This place is great; clean, friendly, and convenient. The staff was so helpful - traveling with 4 kids and a grandpa is not easy! Free coffee in the morning was a nice surprise!

Great staff, hotel could use updating Hotel staff are phenomenal. The hotel though is old and the rooms need updating. Do not stay on odd numbered rooms between Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The Barrelhouse Bar on the west side of the hotel will play extremely loud music from 10pm until 3am. Had to move to the east side of the hotel in order to be able to sleep. There are a lot of nearby restaurants you can walk to. 4 stars because the staff is so good, otherwise I would've given it 3 stars because of the noise and older unremodeled rooms.

Front Desk Service The staff was professional, friendly and helpful during my stay at the hotel. Joseph Hess gave me great recommendations for restaurants and shopping (my family really enjoyed the NULU area). He always greeted me in the lobby, took the time to answer my questions, made sure I had everything that I needed at the hotel, and he helped arrange transportation for us. Thanks Trish and Conner for also providing excellent customer service.
