NEVER DISAPPOINTS!! I looove this hotel. I’ve stayed here at least 3-4 times and I’m Never disappointed. Nice staff, clean rooms, super comfortable beds, and the most amazing showers of life. The price tag does hurt my feelings, but I always feel it’s worth it. Highly recommended!!

3 nights on Jersey side... Stayed 3 nights with my wife and 8 year old boy. So the usual debate, do you pay a much higher price to stay in Manhattan or do you save the money on the hotel and stay at Jersey side? We decided on the latter as it was the holidays and we were planning to drive into Manhattan. (as it was near Christmas/weekend) we manage to find free parking on the streets sometimes... Room itself was sufficient and had a good view of Manhattan. The roads are always busy in and out of Manhattan so do take note. Overall a good stay. Hotel Room: 4 Stars (Overall a comfortable room) Room View: 3 Stars (Good view of a building & Manhattan) Service of Staff: 3 Stars (Standard service, self help with luggage) Lounges/Restaurants: 3 Stars (Average breakfast) Room Service: NA Location: 4 Stars (Relatively quick drive to Manhattan)

MANAGEMENT NOT RESPONSIVE From the time my family checked in on Tuesday until we checked out Saturday, we had no wifi in the room. The first day the person at the desk told me the hotel itself was having problems overall. The next morning when we still couldn’t get on I was told by a different person all the wifi in the building was fine and to contact support. My daughter spent over half an hour on the phone and nothing was resolved. I walked down to the front desk and was told to try connecting in the lobby and maybe the connection would continue in my room (it did not). He also said he would let the manager know and she could call support as well. On the third day I received a check-in text from the desk asking how things are and I repeated that we still had no wifi. No response. My daughter called support again and spent another half hour on the phone with no result. The next day I had a text conversation with the front desk. He claimed he went to our floor and checked empty rooms on either side of us and it worked fine. (That may be true, but I am dubious.) He then offered to show me on his phone that the wifi worked. I complained and asked what good that would do us if his phone worked. He finally apologized and offered to comp the expensive $27+tax daily parking fee for our week. Upon arriving home I found we had been billed by the hotel even though we had prepaid through a third party. I called the hotel, who told me to email the manager and gave me her email address. After emailing on Monday I had heard nothing by Friday, so I called her and she said it was in process of being refunded. When it finally was the next week, it was for almost $40 less than what we had originally been billed. In looking at the invoice I see they had neglected to comp us for one day of parking. I replied by email explaining this and including screenshots from my text conversation where this was agreed upon. No answer. After two weeks I emailed again, including screenshots of the texts, invoices, etc., and got no response. This is not an inexpensive hotel and to be treated in such a shoddy fashion is unacceptable to me. Not to mention lack of wifi could be a serious problem for anybody trying to keep in touch with the office, as well as infuriating for teenagers staying in a room for vacation. Can’t recommend this hotel.

Not convinced Stayed for business and the location of the hotel was very convenient for me. Staff at reception were very good, very friendly and efficient. Hotel bar was decent, again a friendly waitress. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Don’t think the staff really liked their job. Not much choice either and rather overpriced. Stayed in a corner suite, room was nice, but not worth the price. Maybe if the price is more reasonable l would consider staying again, but not for the price l paid.
