Need to fix something On the whole this is a great place to stay. We’ve stayed several times while traveling. The staff couldn’t be lovelier. The breakfast is great. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. My problem is with the TVs this time. You just want to relax after dinner and watch one or two shows. Not this time. Their remotes (BrightStar) aren’t compatible with the new Samsung TVs. Also, the service doesn’t give you a scrolling guide as most Hamptons do. So you don’t know what’s on any channel. Finally after thankfully a good staff, the maintenance person located a Samsung remote. Find out if management has corrected these problems before making a reservation

Standout of Hampton Inns This Hampton Inn is definitely a standout of Hampton Inns. We stay at this hotel anytime we are in the area. We are never disappointed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is varied and adequate. Popcorn and cookies at night are a special treat.

Very nice area and Hampton Inn This was a small but lovely HI. They were decorated for the USA summer holidays. The people working here were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the very best. The desk clerks were very helpful, polite, and happy. Our room was neat and clean with everything you need included. It’s a very nice area with several choices for food and a lot of wineries. We did not get to go to them, but hope to go back sometime.

Excellent Stay! I stayed here after going to Charlotte for a Copa America game with my son on July 10. This place is about an hour north of Charlotte. If I ever do something similar, I am definitely staying here again. The staff was super friendly. Probably the friendliest staff that I have encountered at my stays. The older ladies that were getting breakfast ready were calling my son "honey" and it just reminded me of real southern hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone. Our room was clean.

Good hotel Stayed here on our way to Buffalo NY. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice linens. Good breakfast selection. Nice pool and friendly front desk personnel. Conveniently located. Not sure what else to say to use up my minimum required characters. Would stay again.
