Jupiter Waterfront Inn

Birthday staycation We live in the area and have driven past this hotel for years never knowing what it was like. It reminded me of what old Florida motels were like. Casual, very comfortable, and charming. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was dated, but for the extremely low price per night, we didn’t mind. Each room has either a balcony that we had or sliders to the pool area if you stay on the ground floor. The pool was very shallow ( only 4 feet deep) and a tad small, but good for soaking and cooling off. There is a dock to walk out onto or you can step down into the intracoastal if you wish to float or perhaps bring paddle boards and enjoy the water. Very friendly staff and lot of guests we met had been returning for years. Landscaping was beautiful and there is complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning and if you needed them there were small soaps and I think shampoo on the bathroom counter. We brought our own but it was a nice amenity. The entire property is non smoking, which is so nice, but there is a small spot downstairs outside where I noticed a lot of guests gathered and chairs for them. All in all I would recommend it. You have plenty of parking, but it does get busy. You cannot beat the price. Off season or even during winter it’s busy.

You won’t go wrong picking this Inn. Good value for money, nice neat rooms, friendly front of house staff, pleasent views. Lends itself to a happy vibe. Easy access (via a free shuttle service) to bars and restaurants with entertaining live performances. Most amenities are within a short cars drive away. I enjoyed it inspite of the tropical weather storm.

Terrible experience in every way Horrible horrible people. I booked at the inn because I was referred by aqua plastic surgery. The location was wrong. They wrote a letter about the mistake and the people working there had no empathy and said they had a contract with hotels. com and could not refund me. Hotels.com was happy to work with me but the Jupiter Waterfront inn refused. I requested to talk to a manager and they never called me back. I got a letter from Aqua Plastic surgery who does over 600 surgeries a year and refers to them all the time but I guess the management at Jupiter does not value that business and they now know it. I lost $350 at a time that I was very sick and was devastated the day before my surgery. These are awful people and completely not a small family business aqua said they were. I begged them to NEVER refer another patient. AWFUL people and rude. You made one of the scariest days of my life and added this nightmare to it. I hope I can save another guest from this hotel. We have numerous sites to review your horrible ways.

Unexpected Gem We booked this hotel the last minute after a change of plans. We were not expecting a lot, but hoped it was clean and comfortable. Well, it was so much more than that. It was immaculate. The staff was extremely helpful. There were a number of great places to eat nearby. The one we decided on provided a golf cart to pick you up and take you back to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the views in back were great. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

A secret gem of a place We had a patio room by the heated pool. Relaxing pier walk. Everything is immaculately clean. Beautiful hotel. We stay for days every year. Just down the road is the Blue Pointe restaurant/bar/pool. The food is very good but limited beer choices. The restaurant will come pick you up from the hotel in a golf cart and bring you back so you don’t have to drink and drive. Lol Free
