Had to go to another hotel. Don’t book this hotel. It needs to be closed and renovated. I tried four rooms and none of them were acceptable to stay in. The first had no bathroom lighting and a clogged sink. The second room had a broken bed. The third and fourth smelled like dog and mold. The trash was overflowing in the hallways and the floors were disgusting. I had to leave and stay at another hotel.

Do NOT let the location fool you. This place is gross! I booked this hotel last minute because it was close to the hospital and my mother was admitted. I live about an hour away so we thought this would be ideal. Wrong! I checked in around 1:30 am. The guy working the front lobby was nice but informed me the room I booked just 10 minutes before hand was no longer available and I would be getting a different room type. No big deal I was exhausted and just needed a few hours of sleep. My room was on the 3rd floor. The minute I walked out of the elevator it felt like the movie the Shinning. The hallway was dark and dirty. The lights dim and everything was gray. Walls, doors, carpet and ceiling. This could be to hide the dirt. The real kicker was when I went to my door and notice a huge gash where someone used a crowbar to probably bust the door open. I should have just left then but I was delirious at this point from lack of sleep. So I made the mistake of opening the door. When I opened the door I noticed one bed didn’t have any bedding on it and the other looked like it was already slept in. Yes you read that correctly one bed was completely missing all of the bedding and just showing the mattress. I turned right around and walked out. Went to the lobby and told him I could not stay there. I then asked if he could watch me to my car, not even walk but just watch to make sure I was ok to which he replied you’ll be alright. I went down the road a little bit and found a much nicer and safer room for the same price. I would have taken pictures but I was afraid to put my bags down to take the picture. I feel like this hotel is the type of place that you could possibly wake up without a kidney. I also felt like if I laid on the bed I was at risk of being poked by a hypodermic needle. I travel a lot for work and this was like a hotel in a third world country. Not a hotel in beautiful Jupiter Fl. Do better Wyndham.

Unhealthy and deplorable I completely agree with Christina. My husband and I were also there for a wedding as well this past weekend. This place is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! The only reason we stayed was because our 3 nights were non-refundable. We both are now having respiratory issues due to the mold and wetness in the room. I made a complaint at the front desk and am still waiting to hear from the manager. Run as fast as you can away from this place. Deplorable!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your money for a place you won’t even stay in Wyndham should be ashamed of this property. My fiancé and I checked in for a quick trip (less than 48 hours) for a wedding. Upon arrival the lobby smelled like strong bleach, but came off somewhat clean and doable for this quick trip. Taking the elevator up (which was expired 8/24??), we got a strong smell of wetness and mold. In addition there were water stains all over the floor. There was minimal lighting making it extremely dark and dingy. We entered our room (2 doubles) and immediately left. I could not even get myself to sit on the bed. There was TONS of dust, MOLD, BUGS (spiders, multiple ants). There was a used plastic cup next to the bed which makes me think that they hardly even cleaned. The amenities (pool, WiFi) were laughable. I had ZERO service in this hotel. The pool was the size of a plastic pool I’d buy from Kmart with a couple of plastic lounge chairs. We left and went to a much better, clean, hotel right over the bridge. There is no way the department of health clears this place to stay open.
