Must Stay Hotel This was by far the best hotel experience my family and I have ever had. The experience is top-notch from the time you check in. This experience has hooked me on four seasons hotel brand. The room and staff were amazing. It was so nice to have on site laundry Buildings between the hotel rooms approximately every 20 yards that were complementary. This is invaluable when staying with children. The food was impeccable. I accidentally left one of my cosmetic bags behind as we were island hopping. When I called, they were so quick to respond and sent my bag to the next island, the following day without charge. My family and I cannot wait to visit this location again in the near future.

A memorable stay Truly everything you need is here at the Four Seaons Hualalai. This was my first stay at this property but I had visited many years ago for dinner. I have also stayed at many of the Four season resorts on the Hawaiian islands but this one is very unique. The grounds are expensive , there are different pools for each guest style. We preferred the quiet pool where there were no cell phones allowed to be used and the music was very nice. It was near our room which was 2401. Ocean view bottom floor easy access to the pool and restaurant but very quiet The resort has excellent food service and wonderful spa and gym and shopping if you want anything you will find it. Golf shop has an excellent selection of clothing you can almost come here without a suitcase. You can find beautiful jewelry , casual dress and fancy dress. In fact the whole family can come without suitcases. The resort is really lovely all in all and excellent service and management team is hands on. Highly recommend to visit this property

The Four Seasons Hualalai is a must stay on the big island - Welcome to paradise! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hualalai this summer and Wow! The property and rooms are absolutely gorgeous. We loved the more residential feel of separate buildlings spread out across the property and only two stories high. Each "neighborhood" has its own personality and we were in Beach Tree closest to Beach Tree restaurant where we enjoyed the fabulous breakfast buffet each morning. The gym and tennis court area feels like a high end country club. The property is completely oceanfront and the views are breathtaking. I cannot imagine anything better than FS Hualalai! You will never want to leave. Pure paradise in every aspect. I cannot recommend this property enough and we can't wait to return. Ultimate Luxury and natural beauty unite to make your next island vacation utterly unforgettable.

Amazing time at Hualalai The resort was so great that we did not leave it once. We had a funny moment when leaving the resort - we realized that we wasted the money we spent on the rental car. In hindsight if we had known that we would love the resort so much that we did not want to leave - we would have just taken an uber. That is how much we enjoyed our stay. The staff, facilities and spa were all the best we have ever experienced. We have been to Hawaii about 20 times in the last 20 years and have never stayed at a resort that felt as luxurious or pampering as this. We will be back soon.

Luxury Stay with Excellent Service A wonderful hotel with exceptional service! We flew in late to Kona and while most at the hotel were sleeping we were still greeted with a wonderful welcome drink and Lei. We were guided to our room where we took full advantage of the room service and it was divine! I would highly recommend dining at Ulu if you can get a reservation(it’s hard to grab, so book early!) Our room was situated with an ocean room near the quiet pool which was very relaxing and easy to walk out to meet friends at Beach Tree for a bite to eat. The hotel concierge is a great source of knowledge for activities and a as very helpful arranging services. Like at any Four Seasons, the beds meet the night standard of comfort and the shower features a luxurious extended outdoor area for those warm Hawaiian afternoons.
