Amazing stay! Prior to our arrival Simon helped us ensure our room was upgraded and ready for our arrival - he was very patient and friendly over the phone. Upon check in Harsh did an excellent job getting us settled in after a long day of travelling and ultimately made our stay more enjoyable. Even though our stay was only for 1 night, it truly was an awesome experience and hope to return once more. Promote these 2 people!

Best hotel in Kamloops! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and let me tell you this place is one of the best Delta properties we’ve ever visited! Newly renovated property, and everything was spotless. We were welcomed by the bell staff upon arrival and the front desk team was extremely helpful and welcoming! Cordo restaurant is definitely a must try in this hotel. Honestly we weren’t expecting too much from a hotel restaurant but we were blew away by the atmosphere and high quality menu… also they’re pet friendly :) Thank you the delta kamloops team! Will visit again!

Outstanding Customer Service While our recent stay was brief, the incredible pool deck staff (Ibrahim and Tristan) go above and beyond to make sure everyone who visits feel special. We had recently stayed in a number of larger resorts around BC on vacation and no where else did we experience anything even close to the level of attention to detail and customer service that these two individuals provided. If your travels bring you through Kamloops this summer, do yourself a favour and enjoy the rooftop patio pool.

Simon is special, smart, sensitive and sweet Simon at the front desk is extra special. This feels like home. My husband Peder David Gulbransen was a senior Provincial Court Judge. He died almost instantly on June 16, 2021 while having dinner with four devoted friends, at the Granville Island Hotel. Peder died two days shy of June 18, the day he was born and the day we married 33 years ago. I am sooo lucky to have had him for 43 years But I wanted him to bury me. So home in New Westminster ain’t home any more… Our son Mark Richard Maurice Gulbransen is articling at TRU This begins in a few days.

Perfect stay Stayed at the property in July for a few nights in a family suite. Pro: Nice updated hotel and central in Kamloops Super pool and hot tube Awesome Gym Spectacular staffs all around Very Good Drinks at the bar Starbucks on site Very Very Clean Con: Family suite could use a room separator Main Restaurant was a 2/5 very salty food Perfect stay for our family. We loved the food and atmosphere at Noble Pig across the street and breakfast at Hello Toast is a must.
