Should have listened to the reviews This hotel is falling apart. We reserved a room for 6 people and the pull out couch was broken. They refused to have anyone come look at it and did not offer us another room. The pool was broken and that was disappointing for my kids. The location is great, breakfast was okay, but we would not stay here again.

Overall disappointing experience We’ve stayed at a lot of Best Western hotels but this has to be one of our worst experiences. When walking in the front door, theres a strong sewer smell. It’s slightly better in the rooms but still noticeable. The closet door wouldn’t stay closed, the toilet seat was loose, the pool is closed, the laundry facility was ‘not working’ and ice machines on the 2nd floor weren’t working. While it’s a convenient location, would recommend staying somewhere else…this isn’t worth the money.

Bad matenice Not a good experience for me to many matenice issues . Everything was down I would stay somewhere else. Not a clean room fecis stains in toilet toothbrush splatter on mirror bed looks like it was slept in the room was just not clean for me. With the air pool ,laundry ,ice machine down. I never leave bad reviews but this was an exception.

ammenities are out of service. not worth the price staff was rude. first room a/c didn't work. second room it worked poorly. shower was moldy. pool had been closed by the health department. according to staff for over a month.. but no notice on the web site. and of course we were charged full price.

Stinky stay The room smelled like sewer gas. There was no offer to try to change rooms; we were told it was an outside problem. The pool was not available. There was no working ice or laundry on the floor, which was "out of order." Breakfast was awful. We had gravy but no biscuits, cereal but no milk, and what was out and available was mediocre.
