Pick a different hotel. I called to see about early check in and was offered to sit outside to wait for our room if we arrived before 3. The front desk staff seem clueless. If you needed something they didn’t really care. Usually hot water is replaced throughout the day but when I asked if there was going to be more I was told no. The GM is extremely rude and needs to learn about customer service. She was very harassing and threatening. We thought we had booked a nice hotel but then almost checked out after the first day of being there because we were fearful of staying. The room was never cleaned and towels never replaced the entire stay. The pool was over chlorinated. We try to stay at Hilton’s every place we go but probably won’t ever stay at a Hampton Inn. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on speaking to corporate about the GM’s treatment towards us.

Poor service. It felt like I was bothering the check in staff As a diamond member I asked for a snack and was asked to Give My water back. Usually you are given a water and some snack. Here I was given a water and when I asked for 1 snack I was told I needed to give the water back. Poor service for a diamond member

Do not stay here There is not a low enough score for this hotel. Save your money. Like others I had pubic hair in the shower, a room that wasn’t cleaned, the elevator didn’t work and the man at the front desk with the glasses and beard might be the rudest Hilton brand employee I’ve ever dealt with and I travel weekly. Just awful. Did I mention mold in the bathroom and public hairs in the shower? Run far away.

Choose another hotel The hotel is very dated. There was hair still in the bathtub when we checked in. On the second day, we asked for new towels and for our room to be cleaned with the bed made. The towels were placed almost immediately, but the room was not cleaned nor the bed made. The inner fitted/zipped sheet on the box spring had a stain (not sure if chocolate, blood, or poo). Not our best stay at a Hilton.

DO NOT STAY! This place is a run down dump. Badly showing age everywhere. Floors are filthy, bathroom filthy. Staff seems stoned - there’s no discussing anything with front desk. No maintenance staff on site at night to fix anything. I stay in hotels about 100 nights a year - this one is easily the worst place I’ve stayed since Covid.
