Greedy 10 year diamond member and this hotel refused to cancel my trip and refund my points because I had a handicap family member with me and they had no wheelchair accessible rooms. They were so greedy. They still wanted their money instead of doing the right thing and canceling.

Not worth the money The premium floor was in desperate need of a premium clean up and repair. The carpet in halls and rooms was old, ripped and sometimes hazardous due to exposed tack strips. The bathrooms were rusted, stained and dirty. The jacuzzi, sauna, and garage elevator were out of order during parts of our stay. No ice machines in places even though signs indicated they should be there. For this price point, go somewhere else. This hotel is dated and corners cut everywhere.

Rooms need to be cleaned properly! We stayed in a one bedroom king suite. The room was in complete disarray. Smelled strongly of mildew, sheets had disgusting stains, toenail clippings on the floor in the bathroom, A/C not working properly, and rude staff to boot, with the exception of the gentleman running the bar. Definitely would not recommend staying here; the hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and updating.

Happy Hour? Welcome to 1979, where the carpet is loud and the ceilings are low! Terrible happy hour offerings, slightly below average free breakfast, and conveniently over priced parking. Lobby has plenty of space to spread out and hide your cooler so you can avoid ridiculously over-priced bar.

Worst Embassy Suites ever!! So dirty!! This is the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in!! The premium room we were reserved, was a huge disaster!! There were stains all over the carpet and furniture. The coffee maker did not work. There was no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower wall. The ceiling above the shower looked like it could fall on our heads at any time. The breakfast chef was so extremely unfriendly!! Please do not waste your time and money on this dumpy hotel!!
