Rip off Do not do business with them. I had scheduled 4 rooms for 3 nights in June. We were planning on staying there and going to see the Royals play. Canceled our trip because baseball wasn’t being played. We paid in advance and now they won’t refund my money.

Set to the song “Royals” by Lorde [Verse 1] I never seen a hotel in the flesh That was a big YMCA, of luxury are they proud of their address? at the sports complex, next to hotel drury [Pre-Chorus] so i pull up and broken windows dripping ledges mildew backside view from the crescent avenue: they don’t care, their charging cadillac price it seems cause everybody’s like stay close to the ballpark on a game day walk or shuttle, parking fee you don’t pay they don’t care; location of course will get them their share [chorus] cause you came to see Royals (or chiefs) if you run to the park about fifteen minutes for us we crave a different kind of bus then you can take the shuttle (shuttle) runs every fifteen free but maybe ill tip (and leave gra-tu-i-ty) to the driver whose name was Lee [verse two …and it thickens] My friends and I we parked the car we lock the doors and walk up in to the lobby where we are greeted by wafting power scrubbed scent smell large spacious hotel entry [Pre-Chorus] But every rooms like painted cinderblocks, scratches in the bathroom punched out old phone lanai the hotel room they propped up, refrigerator on a stool it seems but the employees write crystal meth stocked druggies come to buy weed scroll down to read tripadvisor unleash what a pair- its either adam or marks affair [chorus] and their may have been racists (employed) you can’t pay in escrow or check or promissory note this place has different kind of buzz open door to elevator (later) doors open and debris is on the floor gree-ting (meeting greeting me) I go down to go and see [bridge] (the pool, the pool, in-doors) concrete cement musty it seems and small hot scalding jacuzzi (by the, game room, arcade) most games unplugged no workers there now to the waterpark i wander where [chorus] the outdoor-indoor hot tub is (clo-sed) lazy river like flood the slides were running half for us the workers: apathetic buzz this place has potential (and a) front desk clerk that could be he resembles Ja Rule (Ja Rule Ja Rule Ja Rule) at Adams Mark Kansas City

Terrible staff The staff is incredibly unprofessional. We booked days before, and the day we came to check in we had to wait hours- even though the check in time was way earlier than we arrived. They weren’t putting the guest who had reservations for their rooms in the rooms THEY had reserved days ago. The entrance was filled with people waiting for rooms and the immature staff were not taking their jobs serious or being professional. Ghetto hotel.

AWFUL Don’t stay here!!! The rooms are gross, smell awful and the air conditioner doesn’t work and blows out awful smelling air. Stains on the carpet, the hallways smell like marijuana and look like they have never been vacuumed. The lobby is the nicest part of the hotel. The water park is decent and I would return to that but NEVER again to the hotel!!!
