A great 3 night stay Chef Dominique and his team knocked it out of the park with our dining experience. Very attentive and great food quality and flavor. The hotel management and staff were very kind and accommodating. Always checking in on us and helping us get settled in with a midnight arrival. This was a great stay!

Lots of charm, but little convenience or consistency with the Hilton brand that I've come to expect While the hotel's interior is charming, the features of the Hilton brand that frequent travelers such as myself expect from Hilton is severly lacking at this location. First, my digital key card only opened my room door but not any other door in the hotel (such as the door into the room with the ice machine). Second, there was no refrigerator in my room. Third, when I attempted to contact the front desk via the telephone in the room to address these issues, the telephone did not work. I then tried to dial the front desk of the hotel from my mobile phone, but instead of reaching the front desk, I wound up on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. I then paid a visit to the front desk. The employee working the front desk was professional and pleasant enough, and he promptly gave me a card, filled up my ice bucket, and arranged to have a refrigerator brought to the room. The refrigerator, however, did not arrive for 40 minutes. So, again, lots of charm, but little consistency (or convenience).

Excellent stay! Excellent stay and what a beautiful facility and location! We came with 6 others for a concert and enjoyed the downtown vibe and things to do! We will be back! Aaron and Vanity were 2 superstars who made our stay over the top, that coming from a Diamond for life member with Hilton! Thanks to the entire team! Valet folks were super fast!

Loved the Hotel Phillips! Loved our stay at the historic Hotel Phillips. Room was private and quiet! Had a nice dinner at the Tavernonna Italian Restaurant located in the hotel. And enjoyed the PS speakeasy hidden bar_what a cool place & great bartenders! We will definitely stay again.

Grace under pressure I stayed during the Microsoft and Crowd Strike Issues. Vanity, Aaron, and Lynda at the front desk took excellent care of everyone and had great attitudes despite the computer issues and guests taking frustrations out on them. I heard things said to them while I was in line that would have killed any positive attitude, but they handled everything with grace and positivity. I feel they went above and beyond in a difficult situation. Additionally, the housekeeping and valet staff were excellent.
