Room unmade I stayed one night at this property. After checking in I went to my room which had not been cleaned. I went back down to the check in area and was given a new room. No apology was offered.They said they would credit me some Marriott Bonvoy points, but the never did. I even called 2 weeks later to follow up and they said they would take care of it. They never did. This property has gone down hill over the past couple years. Would not recommend.

Horrible 7/24/2021 I checked into 2 rooms at this hotel - I asked to be place on the same floor and was told no 2 rooms available on the same floor. The next day 7/25/2021 I called down to the front desk and requested late check out for both rooms and was granted late check out till 2:30pm. My family and I went and had brunch and when we arrived back at 2pm our bags were gone. We contacted the front desk and they instantly sent security up. Once security arrived she was very nonchalant and she told me that she will have to go back to her computer and run the door activity and to not call the police at that time . She came back and told me no activities on my door and maybe I SHOULD call the police. I informed her no way the door was closed and locked and now our items are missing. She never showed sympathy , never apologized for what my family and I were dealing with at that time. We were treated unfair. We were targeted and involved in abusive acts. Our privacy was violated. The security lady was very deceptive. Lied to me in my face! I asked her for the corporate number, only to be given the reservation line number. When i told her she gave me the wrong number, she stated " that's the only number i have". i asked her what region is the hotel in and she said she do not know. The police finally came and was asking the security lady questions and she was still very dry and refused his service (in regards to looking at the camera) which she stated, only cameras in the lobby and the exits. (our room was by an pool exit) - we left the hotel to drive home with non of our items and no answer , just a police report number. Next day we were informed some of our items were located in a room next to us that did not have a guest checked into the room - both room doors were open with a master key - This was a inside job! i am now dealing with the police and the hotel insurance claims department. This is not fair! I am a loyal Marriott bonvoy member. NO one from the hotel has reached out to me from the management side and apologize. I truly hope we can get all of my items returned or replaced! A inside job gone wrong. I am now dealing with claims and hope everything goes smoothly. I hope the Westin hire some good trust worthy people going forward.

Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Had a two night stay at this hotel. Check in and lobby was lovely. Room had a fantastic city view and plenty of seating. Fridge was handy. Mall attached had lots of food and snack options. ATM in lobby. Pool was on the small side but very low key and welcoming with music playing. Small store very close in mall attached to buy alcohol, cups or other items to bring to your room. Valet assistance was very attentive and went above and beyond to help remove food trash when I took it out of the car. Would definitely stay here again in an instant. Well done!

So Many Amenities The biggest hotel I ever stayed at. It could use some updating but overall it had a clean spacious room. When we arrived the most energetic bellman Glenn immediately came to my assistance and whisked my luggage away and off to our room. He briefed me on everything the hotel has to offer and surrounded popular attractions. Glenn is definitely an asset to the hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Nice hotel in a good location. The lack of cleaning is an issue due to COVID which we expected in the room but the hallways & elevator areas were always overflowing with garbage because the rooms are not cleaned. The pool area as well had garbage left behind and band-aids around the pool deck. The pool bar was rarely open. The rooms were pretty clean upon arrival, but some of the beds were missing the down blanket in the middle, only 2 towels given for a 2-double bed room. When asking housekeeping for extra towels, they will only give you one at a time. The lobby was very clean & nice. The bar, bar staff & food were excellent. The front desk staff & the bellman were particularly friendly & helpful. It would be nice if they had an airport shuttle. The trolley cars were convenient. The attached Crown Center had good food choices. Quite a bit of crime/shootings within blocks of the hotel during our stay which is a concern. Overall had a nice stay but I think they were a bit overwhelmed by the event taking place during our trip.
