Phyllis bekaert We are staying here. Very very disappointed. Front desk receptionist very very rude. The room was clean, but not impressed. Only one poolside restaurant and bar. Average food . One waiter very nice. I stay in better hotels in Laughlin , Nevada. Not like a resort at all. Resort fees for what. Maids only one time a week. Will never stay here again and will not recommend.

Very impressive staff Just wanted to say a big thank you for the staff here. While the facilities are obviously beautiful, we were most impressed by the young, enthusiastic young desk staff who handled our check in. He was cheerful and personable from the start, and took care to ask us about the types of experiences we wanted on the island and gave wonderful tips about transportation, local eats, and things to see.

Wonderful Personal Service Upon arrival at the Sheraton Coconut Beach Hotel in Kauai, i was overwhelmed with the kindness of the check-in staff who helped my husband order a special lei for me upon arrival. Thanks Mattie for helping with the lei and a huge thanks to Micah who made a lifetime memory for our 30th anniversary. He ran and got his ukulele and sang to us in the lobby the Hawaiian Wedding song! We will never forget it!! Over our 10 day stay Micah helped us with good recommendations that really enhanced our stay. Thank you so much Micah and Matti. You made Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach a wonderful place to stay!!

Sheraton Staff is Amazing!!! Nice property. Beach is disappointing and the balcony is very small. Locations the island is nice as it's almost equal distance between Princeville and Poipu Beach. The true highlights are the staff. Nadia at the Crooked Surf bar is an amazing bartender. She is so knowledgeable and just makes you feel at home. Feel like you are being helped by family! Micah at the front desk is a plethora of information and loves to assist in making your stay that much better. They created so much of our magical vaca!!!

Loved this resort. So beautiful. We so enjoyed our stay at this resort. The concierge was helpful. The pool and beach were fabulous. We would definately stay here again. Only bad things were that the hot tub was a little too hot most of the time and the open-air areas were really hot when wearing masks.
