Front desk team Best front desk staff, very helpful, must stay next time, rooms very very clean, breakfast was excellent, everyone was very courteous, location is ideal right off of highway 10, very close to Katy Mills Mall, very nice area, I will recommend it highly.

Katy Did and Didn't One of my favorite BW properties, with the best smelling air in the whole system that I have visited, and that is a lot in Texas. It was a little weak though, I imagine someone had to have complained - they always ruin it for the rest of us! All service from staff was excellent, rooms are large with great amenities like a Keurig coffee maker instead of that little one cup pot, of course the Keurig is one cup but more pleasant to operate. Large TV, comfy beds, good size fridge WITH a freezer! Standard fare but clean and all you need for a short stay. The only draw back on this trip was the coffee maker AND the elevator both came into some bad times as the y were out of order or became out of order overnight.

Comfortable and easy to get to! Met our expectations of a Best Western. Easy access, plenty of parking. Comfortable and clean. That's what I look for.

Our stay The channel that the Astros games are on is not offered. This hotel is in the Houston area so if you want to watch the game, do not come to this hotel. Otherwise, our stay was good. The room was clean and the staff pleasant. The bed is too high if you are a short person.
