WORST MANAGER AND HOTEL EVER!! Worst hotel and staff. Raymond lied about everything, the rates, wants cash and smokes drugs at the frt door. Selena is just as bad as is the rest. They hate the owner, calling him "crooked". Room was filthy, the whole place is filthy. Blk mold everywhere, heavy smokers druggies like Raymond. They tried to steal $3,000 off my card, DON'T STAY HERE! Raymond is the worst. He's also talked about scamming the VA. Filthy, filthy.

Just great customer service. My best stay yet!!! From start to finish. A can't believe how kind and helpful the customer service was. They made an already stressful trip very calming. I work recommend using this motel 6 to all my family and friends!

Nothin works Let me count the ways , rooms are small as hell not like the one in Rosenberg Texas their alot bigger then the ones here, and barely any towels and their so small and the pillows flat, no laundry to wash nor dry that was a lie, no breakfast not even a bag breakfast that was a lie, the ice machine doesn't work , they have a sofa machine that doesn't take change but gives out change that doesn't work downstairs but has no sign that tells u that, then theirs no person hardly ever works at the desk been their 3 times and noone ever their smfh ,when their is she acts like she don't want to work she is to busy beening on her phone, halls smell like Mary Jane constantly when u tell her she acts like oh well just like the ice machine oh well , when u go outside the side doors u can't get back in the card key doesn't work so if u want back in the same way u came u better put something their to hold the door open so u can, smdh ! Only thing that was nice to look at was the blue pool not heated , Not a place I would ever stay at again rather go to the one in Rosenberg at least every thing works their and coffee any time u want it not just for breakfast either!!!! I won't be back , u can believe that!!

Low Price, but Low Quality Stayed 5 nights. One of the worst I've been in. Even the electronic card access to my room wouldn't work. They changed my room,, but THAT one doesn't work well either. Card readers to pool area not functional. No amenities. When I walked barefoot in my room, the bottom of my feet turned black! Some room remodeling had been done as both rooms had newer molded showers. Bed was OK and TVs were good, but very budget conscious. Free WiFi however was SLOW as molasses so ended up using my cell hotspot instead. Room was a bit noisy and hallway activity resonated loudly, I suppose bare walls and floors throughout the entire facility didn't help that. Not a real physically appealing hotel, but then it was not just inexpensive, but CHEAPLY DONE. Other reviewers complained about service. But I was grateful for Jose (mtnce) and Tammy (front desk) that I ended up having fairly frequent contact with. I would have left after one night if not for these two and the fact that I was exhausted and really didn't want to go to the extra work. Other hotel options are VERY close and I'll try them next time as I will be spending time coming back into Houston frequently. Unfortunately Jose and Tammy's good will won't buy another stay at this hotel. I actually felt bad for them having to work here since I personally heard other travelers voice complaints about the facilities and lack of amenities.

Stay at the Red Roof Plus Energy Corridor (281)579-7200 BETTER VALUE The worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Reserved online, difficult to find the location. The first Room key #124 I was given did not have a TV or a blanket in the room. Returned Key #124 for #126. I was not given a receipt from the Motel 6 agent for paying CASH. Just an email which did not mention CASH. Did not receive a 10% Senior Discount. Toilet handle was delicate, difficult to Flush. Noisy Mini Fridge. Bed mattress was not firm. Kleenex was not available in the room. Dead cockroaches in the room. Poor Service. The light was not left on. Go elsewhere
