One night only One night stay on our journey west. Check in very welcoming, large room , comfortable bed, but perhaps some attention is needed with the plumbing. Excessively noisy from surrounding rooms, 1 tiny vial of shampoo for 2 adults, bath drain must have been blacked as it wouldn’t empty after even a quick shower. Basic breakfast fare, waffle machine was good.

WARNING. DONOT STAY HERE. If Zero Was a Choice….Do NOT stay at New Victorian. This place is a scam. We booked for $98 for one night and we were charged $145. I received a non itemized email overnight and then went to the front desk in the morning to investigate. Front desk clerk would not help (a total zero for him too). Even though I used their website to book, he said that all they show is that I paid and then offered no further assistance. Place is old, dirty and in disrepair.

great hotel Absolutely perfect for a 1 night stay. The price was as it should be. We checked in late and the charge was messed up and she told us it would be handled in the AM. The room was clean, beds comfortable, nice towels, great pillows. my only complaint was the rattle coming from the A/C unit. They did offer breakfast which was pretty basic. At check out the room charge was fixed, no questions asked. They super friendly and helpful!

Great Hotel!!! The New Victorian was amazing, and wonderful biscuits and gravy. Staff was also delightful. TV, showers, and beds was great and we felt safe. We did have a reservation at Kearney Inn and the accommodations were SUPER questionable from Priceline.

More tired than quaint From other reviews, we expected the lack of elevator and the old carpeting, but were disappointed by the room layout. A king bed against one wall with only one reading light and bedside table so the second person had to squeeze in next to wall and read without a light. No easy chair, no desk, just small table with two chairs. On positives the front desk clerk was friendly and the breakfast bar being open at 5 am was convenient for early morning crane viewing and our room in corner was quiet. And the price was good. Back to negatives. The carpet was garish. The coffee was not that tasty. And providing one shampoo with no conditioner or lotion feels like skimping on the basics. Being between a Wendy’s and a taco bell was both a plus and a mins. It made it easy to grab lunch.
