So much road noise…. Beware this hotel is within a few feet of a six lane road with so much noise that the room literally comes equipped with complimentary earplugs for guests. Staff are friendly and helpful and the main attractions of the town are only a few minutes walk away.

Beware! Would never stay here again. The bed was terrible - really old and there were ants in the room. It just didn’t feel clean. The hot tub grossed us out as it was all cloudy and they didn’t provide robes or slippers. There was nowhere to hang our wet bathing suits so I went to closet to hang in a hanger and the hangers were broken. I don’t think anyone does quality checks. We are Best Western members and this is no Prestige. Also no one told us there was construction next door so got woken up at 6am. The mirror was washed with a dirty cloth. I could go on but I think you get the point. Don’t waste your money here.

Know before you go! First off - the front staff is pleasant, beyond that it is all downhill. The hotel is old and in need of definite maintenance. The 5 lane highway was busy ALL night and was 20 feet from the room and felt like it wasn't going beside the room but through it - they provide ear plugs on the nightstand (I barely slept). Sheets were soiled - slept on top of the bedding. Be aware - they charge for parking - no where did I see that. This is connected to the Best Western system but when I called to complain I feel I got nothing more than lip service... The pictures are idyllic but note they are not a true representation of where we stayed - someone was masterful with a camera.

Great Location Quaint hotel. Too bad the area built up so much around it which takes away from views. Very wonderful location. Right across from the beautiful park and water. Just a few blocks from Bernard where there are several assign restaurants. Rooms were nicely appointed.

Nice hotel near the lake Easy to find, large clean rooms. Quick and helpful check in. It was the holiday weekend so extremely busy. We could only get a table for 8pm that evening. Good and service was good in the restaurant. The only down side was we had a hen party in the room opposite ours. They were very noisy and lots of banging of doors. Not the hotels fault. I would recommend this hotel. Nice that is do near the lake. Good parking too. Book the E bikes that are out the front great fun.
