Loved the location. Restaurants, coffee shops and shopping right there The room was really nice. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We loved sitting out on the huge shared balcony. The staff were so helpful and it was nice having breakfast and coffee right there. Loved walking out the door and walking across the road for pizza or to go to coffee shop. Lululemon was right at the corner.

Wonderful nights stay. Couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel to stay in Kelowna. Room was lovely, shower was fabulous, we were able to check in early and park underground without issue. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The free breakfast exceeded expectations. We had trouble in the early hours with the room next door being excessively noisy but one call to reception and it was resolved within minutes. We wished we'd stayed longer as we found both the hotel and Kelowna to be wonderful! We will definitely book again.

Disappointed We stayed here last night for a friend’s wedding. The location is ideal if you’re wanting the hustle and bustle of downtown! Lots to see and do! Great restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok. I wish there were some other hot items available for the price point of the hotel. My only complaint was being woken up at 6am this morning by someone playing music incredibly loud. The bass was shaking our coffee table. They warn you that noise travels but we were on the bottom floor and it was coming from below us. I was disappointed by this especially since we paid $344 for one night. Which is outrageous.

The finest hotel in Kelowna. My wife and I had 6 wonderful nights at this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect.the accommodation was first class.The staff were knowledgeable, caring, professional and so polite. The hotel is perfectly located to all the town's facilities. Very accommodating! After a hospital visit our night at Royal Ann Hotel ticked all the boxes and provided us with a very comfortable stay. They got all the way to provide us a parking spot for my temporary disability and a room easily accessible! Breakfast had gluten free options and even a separate gluten free toaster. Everything was very enjoyable and easy.
