Family Break Had a wonderful time, staff were great and very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay for another night as the kids had such a great time the first two nights! Swimming pool was great kids enjoyed the small slide into the pool! We ate dinner in the hotel the first night and it was amazing and breakfast was equally good! We stayed in RM 114 which is a little dated and could do with a makeover and the shower was only ok but room and bathroom were very clean! Would definitely recommend it for a family and it’s only a couple of minutes walk into Kenmare which is a fantastic place!!

A real gem WOW what an absolute fantastic set up and beautiful hotel and setting, this place really is a gem, spent the night here as a couple, the staff were amazing across the board, friendly and professional with the perfect balance, absolutely spotless, the room itself was everything you could want and more, clean, comfortable and all mod cons you would need for a night or weekend away. We dined in the hotel restaurant and as a chef myself I was really amazed at the work and time spent on each dish, I genuinely could not fault the food in anyway what so ever and the prices for the quality you are getting are simply unbeatable, the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, airy and spacious but also keeping that cosy aspect to it. I had two trips to the leisure centre, pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi, I didn't quiet make the gym but all fantastic, hats and towels etc available at really cheap rates and again spotless. All in all I could not recommend this place enough, well done kenmare bay hotel hats off to yee and can not wait for our next visit Jason and Niamh

Amazing, staff are exceptional. A large group stayed here and I cannot thank the staff enough especially Esther, she was so helpful and went above and beyond when we needed help. She is a pleasure and so friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Adrian also who helped us out in a massive way. They really did make our wknd.

Luxury Lodge Experience - Exceptional Customer Service Stayed for a total of 5 nights in the luxury lodges which were very comfortable and very well equipped. Some issues did occur and this is a big shout out to Sharon whose exceptional customer service sorted things out so well. KBH is a short (cut) walking distance from Kenmare. The Hotel itself punched above its current 3 star status in appearance and service. We had breakfast one morning and it was excellent. The Leisure Centre was family friendly and fun. Hopefully the efforts underway succeed in elevating this hotel to a 4 star destination. Definately will be our go to hotel in Kenmare

5 star staff who actually go above and beyond - Esther and Abbie I stayed here as part of a hen party group. From start to finish, I really couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Staff were friendly, informative and their help went way beyond their role. There was a disaster with a third party company who we had booked an activity with. The reception team did everything they possibly could to help us and assured and reassured us. They were so kind and it is something I really cannot thank them enough for and will never forget it. Special mention to Esther who is a rock star and Abbie who is a calming spirit and so helpful. Thank you so much for your support and help!
