Will return Great location walk to all shops and restaurants. 30 min walk down beach road to ocean..nice room comfortable bed. clean. good free breakfast waffles made to order, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, fancy coffee machine all day. Friendly staff.

Great Hotel and location Beautiful hotel. Great Location great service. Recently stayed at the King's Port Inn. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained property. Room 202 deluxe king suite was very large and the bed was super comfortable this property is walking distance of stores restaurants and ocean

GREAT PLACE Great Place to Stay I stayed at the King's Port Inn a 5years ago and found it very lovely. It is in a great location and the staff was very friendly. I came back this year and found it newly renovated. I stayed in the deluxe king suite and the room was very spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best location and price

Room for improvement Well located hotel in the centre of Kennebunkport. Rooms are spacious and generally clean but our towels were stained. Breakfast was underwhelming but the attendant was working hard to make sure everyone had what they needed. It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced in the area but go elsewhere if you want luxury!
