Do Not Stay at this Hotel. This hotel is typically $60 per night but since it was a festival weekend the price was tripled in which I paid $160 per night. This is not the reason for this review. Upon arriving to this hotel, I was greeted with an odor from the stained carpet from lobby as well and when I entered my room (same stinch). The chair in the room also had stains all over. The next day I asked for my room to be serviced and was informed that room service was available every other day and no one was available. Since there was no room service available, I asked for clean wash cloth and towels. I was informed by the front desk attendant that there was no clean towels available becuase they was all being washed. On day two, I had the same issue and was offered pool towels in replacement. Later that night/early morning after I returned from my outing, I had towels placed at my door in a plastic bag (leading up to day three). Is this the Hilton Garden Inn gaurantee? I never saw managment the entire weekend and none of my issues was resolved. I contacted customer service and voiced my complaint but the damage is already done. To top of everything on my day of check out Housekeeping knocked on my door at 0800 to see when will I be checking out. I'm writing this review in hopes of helping the next Hilton Honors member before they decides to book this location.

Think Twice The hotel is older, but I was hopeful it would be okay. It was not - there were issues with the plumbing and overnight issues with flying and crawling insects. I mentioned all of this to the front desk in the morning and was told that management would be in touch with me. 3 weeks later...nothing.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I rarely leave reviews as I normally have a pretty uneventful time at hotels. I travel quite frequently for work, and use Hilton exclusively when I can. However, this location is by the far the worst Hilton hotel that I've stayed in. HANDS DOWN. The hotel may look good in the photo's, but the maintenance is horrible. My bed actually broke during my stay, and I couldn't get the hotel to fix it. They finally let my move into a new room, but BOTH rooms had ACs that leaked water onto the carpet, and caused the room to smell of mold. The hallways are heavily stained and in general poor condition. Window seals were broken so you couldn't see clearly out the windows. That was probably a blessing because they built a huge casino next door, and the lights from the police cars and signs didn't turn off the entire time we were there. I would rather sleep in my rental car than go back to this place.

Worst hotel experience I have ever encountered I reserved 10 rooms for a weekend event and will say that the hotel did absolutely nothing right the entire time. The rooms are a disgrace, the floors are uneven and the furniture is shoddy and in some rooms broken. Worse than that, except for two people, Neron at the front desk on weekends, and Mike who worked the kitchen/bar area in the evening, the people were surly, unhappy, and in some cases downright rude. We had stayed at this location several times prior to Covid but I will never stay here again and strongly suggest that this place be stripped of the Hilton brand and rated less than one star.

Sadly, the worst hotel. It is hard to believe that Hilton is allowing this hotel to be run under its brand. 1. it is very outdated 2. the floors and the bathroom tub were very, very slippery as if they were using the wrong cleaning product. The floor in my room was weirdly uneven. The breakfast area is too small. There is not enough help to get peoples breakfasts on time. The selection is very substandard. The only plus that can be said about this facility is its proximity to the convention center.
