Thanks for another excellent stay at KENWOOD INN A great hotel is marked not only by the level of accommodation and amenities, but most importantly by the staff and employees. Cannot say enough good things about the manager, John, assistant manager, Sebastian, the front desk agent, Yasmin, and the rest of the wonderful team. They clearly appreciate what true service can add to a beautiful setting and a charmingly unique luxury boutique hotel. Everything is done with sensitivity and a real joy regarding hospitality. This was our second stay and will not be our last. Additionally, autumn in the Sonoma Valley is not to be missed and Kenwood is in a perfect location to enjoy the scenery, local restaurants/wineries, and easy access to Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Santa Rosa and all the charming environs of both Napa and Sonoma.

Couples trip to Sonoma A beautiful, private oasis with a Tuscan feel. Great personalized service, rooms were large, clean and well laid out. Resort had plenty of areas to relax and feel secluded. Both pools were great and the nightly wine and charcuterie events were awesome. We really enjoyed sitting by the fireplaces at night and enjoying a glass of wine. Highly recommend.

Lovely overnight stay Absolutely delightful overnight stay in the middle of the week with my daughter for my birthday. We both had great massages and plenty of time to lounge by the pool. Very gracious and friendly staff, with afternoon cheese and wine that was A+. Will definitely be back!

Not what it used to be Very sad and disappointed. My wife and I were married at the Kenwood and wanted to return for our 10th anniversary last week as a very romantic memoir and reprise of the magical occasion it was then. Unfortunately it was not to be. The inn is nothing like it was in its heyday, especially the service and present management. When I booked the room directly with the hotel I informed them it was our anniversary and wanted it to be special. I was told we would have a room on the second floor overlooking a pool. We were led up three flights of stairs (very dark at night) to a very remote room at the back of the inn with a view of a rooftop and a parking lot. As we are both elderly we asked to be given another choice of a room but were informed that only the ADA room with no rugs or carpet was left. The staff seemed very young and had a "take it or leave it" attitude, from the front desk to the day manager on call. We asked for a call from the corporate manager to see if they could offer another solution. We were left a voice mail from corporate but not until the next day after we checked out, very disappointed that we would not be there on our anniversary and forced to find last minute lodging elsewhere. To date we have tried to contact the corporate manager Travis three times and have not had a call back. We are very disappointed that the Inn is now run by a corporate culture that does not value the requisite customer service of a luxury hotel.
