Evidence of being recorded presented to and ignored by GM I stayed in unit 703 and believe the condo was bugged. When I presented facts and photos to General Manager Stacy Dodson which substantiated why we knew we were being watched and/or listened to, I was promised a full explanation and never got one. After numerous phone calls and emails, no response. Our place was most definitely entered by someone with children without our permission and they knew exactly when we were not going to be there. I do not recommend these condos - and if you have a problem they will not even address you or call you back. GM Stacy Dodson is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I am reporting to the BBB.

Unit 512 at Mariner's Club was perfect for our family and even has pickleball courts on site! We stayed in Unit 512 at Mariner's Club in Key Largo. This is the second time we've stayed there and we absolutely loved it. The unit was super clean, smelled great, and had every amenity we could ask for including a bidet! It had a full kitchen which allowed us to not have to eat out at every meal. It is the closest unit at Mariner's club to the large pool. It's steps away from the sand and pool so we could watch the kids swim and play while we sat on the patio and had coffee or drinks! We've recently gotten into pickleball and there are pickleball courts on the property and our unit came stocked with paddles and balls! There is even a marina on site and a pool that's open until 11pm. Keys Caribbean was wonderful and even had the unit set up with snacks which was a nice surprise. We absolutely loved it and already booked our return trip!

Unit 521 with Keys Caribbean Where do we begin… Hvac didn’t work upon arrival, and they suggested that we fix it Couldn’t use one of the bathrooms bc the vanity light didn’t work, they said it would be fixed, never happened The plumbing in the unit wasn’t working properly, the water temperature would go up and down in every shower The adult pool was closed the entire stay, pump was broken The elevator in our building stopped working on the second day of our stay, never repaired The refrigerator stopped working on the 4th day of our stay, all of the food had to be thrown away The carpet in the bedrooms has disgusting stains all over it The interior doors have water damage And the owner left us a giant dog cage in the living as an added bonus We have pictures of everything, hopefully there is enough room on this site for them We left early and requested a credit, and as all reviews for this company say, we have heard nothing

Quiet and peaceful, beautiful We had a fabulous time in condo #136! It was a 3 bedroom condo with a couple of futons and HUGE couch. We had 2 families which included a teenage girl and 3 teenage boys. This place was immaculate, everything worked, and they amenities at the resort were fabulous. June is an off peak time so it was very quiet. If looking for a quiet place, I’d stay again. With a family of teenagers I’d probably choose a different place in the keys where there are more ‘fun’ things to choose from. This place would be perfect for young kids. We still had a wonderful time. 5 stars for sure!

Bad Customer Service I made a reservation for Mariners Club Key Largo with Expedia, but then realized my mistake and canceled within 30 minutes. When I received my credit card bill I noticed their charge and called to have them reverse the error. The Mariners Club still charged a $75 fee--when no damage was done on their part, and they would not reverse. Really? Beware of booking with this location, who knows what other hidden 'fees' they will pile on without your knowledge.
