Pier House Resort & Spa

In the heart of Old Town. Old hotel that is well maintained. Located on the water with a private beach. Nice and quiet while being right on Duval Street in the heart of all the entertainment in Key West. Parking is on property and part of the package, which is a great benefit. Restaurants on property are excellent.

Overall great experiance. When going on a trip on some of these smaller, less popular islands, you typically aren't expecting service similar to a Ritz or St Regius. While Peir may not look like it, It comes as close as you can get to quality service, food, and spa for its location. Again, it isn't St Regius, but out of all the hotels on the island, I think it is the best by far. It is centrally located, has reasonable prices, and has excellent food, as it can compete with the local spots people wait to get in for. Above all, the staff was terrific. I found the Spa staff genuinely incredible. Shout out to Yumi for providing excellent mani-pedi service. I will be staying at Pier House on future visits.

Absolutely Wonderful! Went to Key West to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday with a girls trip. Called the day before to ask if we could set up a little surprise. Trent was so genuinely excited to help us! He was very kind and arranged for champaign and Key Lime Pie along with a birthday card in our room. Trent, Veronica and Roman greeted us as we walked into the lobby with cheers of "happy birthday!" it was a wonderful way to start our trip. The hotel is beautiful, lush tropical landscaping, turtles, white sand at the beach and an absolutely breath taking room! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and very clean. During our stay Ann and Deniem were so helpful when we had questions about different events and places to see. We didn't want to leave! One of the BEST trips I've ever been a part of, thank you!

Incredible ... don't hesitate We're Floridians and locals know what to expect in the keys. Pier House is the best kept secret for us, and I'm hesitant to write this review for fear of rooms selling out. We've been coming to Pier House for over ten years. The rooms are spacious and kept exceptionally clean but let's be clear, you shouldn't be spending time in the room when you have a PRIVATE tropical BEACH steps away. There are few beaches available in the Keys and most are overrun with loud, obnoxious and drunk tourists blasting music. If you want quiet, peaceful tropics, it's here. If you want to party on Duvall Street or at Mallory Square, they're only steps away and you won't hear the craziness in your hotel room like other hotels we've stayed at. The staff is incredible, friendly and professional, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I can't say enough good things about the beach bar staff... ask for Jocko who pours a mean drink and delivers lunch in a minute. Mike had our beach umbrella up and the fluffy clean towels at the ready before we could even ask! You have to have lunch here... the wings are incredible, the grilled snapper sandwich which is reasonably priced is huge and delicious. We're not big fans of live music which is often too loud and disruptive during dining and conversations. The live music offered our Saturday and Sunday afternoons at the bar added to the quiet palm tree swaying tropical Key West vibe. I hope they keep these musicians employed, the choice of songs selected and sung were great. Never thought I'd say that. BTW my husband and I commented on how comfortable our bed was vs. other hotels we've stayed at. Naz ran out in a torrential evening rain to find items we left at the beach, going the extra mile. Truth be told, we booked another stay at Pier House as we drove away this weekend. Best place to re-set yourself. I am a frequent Key West visitor and have been been in the Chart Room on many occasions. This time I decided to stay at the Pier House as I have been at the property many times. From the moment I walked in the lobby to the time I checked out, I was treated with the utmost respect. Ann at the front desk checked me in quickly and I got settled in my beautiful room with no problems. The beach and pool were paradise to me and the lovely gal delivering drinks to both pool and beach never missed a beat. She was fast and super friendly. My 5 night stay was just what I needed to re- charge my battery! Ann and Veronica were at the front desk when I checked out and Ann said she would miss me as I always made her smile when I walked through. I will be back for sure.
