Disappointing! Our suite had many palmetto bugs when we checked in. They were all over, we reported it but nothing was done. We were told that the suite would be sprayed when we departed. Whenever we asked the person at the front desk for suggestions (eg. dinner ) we were told that they didn’t know of anyplace except the restaurant on site. We asked for walking directions and were given incorrect information that took us over a mile in the wrong direction.

Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful stay at Santa Maria Suites! It exceeded our expectations in every way. I recommend renting a golf cart to easily get around Key West.

Great big room for families Huge apartment with separate bedrooms. Excellent condition 2 baths and cooking facilities. Short walk to duvall. A bit early closing of pool. 2200

Lovely Stay Resort had everything we needed and more. Wasn't crowded and felt cozy. Extra treats like the ice cream and chocolates were so nice! We enjoyed Happy Hour too. We also looked forward to the flavored water in the lobby.
