Just Lunch and A Tour of the Lobby My husband and I had a lovely waterfront lunch here. The food came out quickly and tasted great! Our waiter recommended that we tour the lobby of the hotel. It was lovely and the person working there friendly and informative. Saw a bullet hole that was meant for Al Capone!

Beautiful oasis Ok let me start by saying if you want the clean lines of a modern room. This is not for you. This is a historic part of Key West. It is old. It has old beauty. I have included pictures. We rented 301 the tower room but when the air conditioner broke they gave us 302 to use as well. It may not be what we signed up for but it was still great. The beds here are FABULOUS. The staff even more amazing. The third floor can sometimes have an off smell when going up the stairs to it. Not all the time. And there is no elevator so what you bring you carry up three flights. The last flight is long and steep. Worth it for the tower room. The Cuban coffee is not what I was expecting as I am accustomed to real Cuban coffee. It is cafe bustelo. Was still good. The breakfast the first day was not as impressive as the second day. I know $27 for breakfast is high but two eggs on their own in the area can be $12. Things are expensive here. Don’t come if you are looking for cheap. Seriously. The pool is deep, I don’t recommend for kids. The ocean view from it is nice. If you never leave the mansion grounds you will still have a good time. Next to the pool are amazing drinks from a small bar(not free). You will see sea birds, chickens, iguana’s and hear roosters. The place may be old and historic but they do keep it clean. I was unsure of our choice when we arrived but now I never want to leave.

Everything I hoped for and more! This hotel has been on my bucket-list of places to stay for many years. My wife and I drove down from Orlando on Friday and checked-out on Monday. We stayed in room 201 with a balcony and views of the pool and ocean. We were extremely happy with the accommodations and staff. Most notably Beth, Dean, and Nina who were very helpful in making sure our stay was enjoyable. We had drinks and food from the Seaside Cafe each day. Even tried the "world famous lobster pizza" - delicious! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fabulous Stay! Wonderful staff Nina, Dean and Beth are the best♥️ Our anniversary trip was lovely Our stay was fabulous! Room 107, bottom floor overlooks the pool and the ocean plus has a reserved table in front of the rooms massive window for 107♥️. A huge shout out to the kindest staff and owner! Nina, Dean and Beth are top notch!!! The owner seen my husband and I trying to get a selffy and ask if he could take out pictures. The pictures were great! He knew which angle to get the steps and mansion in_. When my husband ask about the bullet hole in the window, he brought us in and showed him the window. These folks are some of the kindest and nicest I’ve seen in Key West! Our anniversary week was absolutely lovely due to this folks. We enjoyed having their famous Cuban coffee on the reserved seating for only room 107 each morning while looking at the ocean and pool. We will be back for sure!!!! Side note: the southern most point picture opt is like less than a block away. If you’re there at about 7ish, no wait time!

Lovely Adults only getaway!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Mansion On The Sea. Our room was beautiful, the pool & views exquisite and the location on the ocean couldn't have been better! 5 stars all the way. My husband and I were here in March for our 30th anniversary. It was the perfect spot to celebrate! The Mansion is within walking distance or a short bike ride to any restaurant, coffee shop and in old town. The food and drinks at The Seaside Cafe and Bar (located on the grounds) were great. It was really nice being able to stay put with an option for foid and drinks literally steps from our door if we wanted! We're looking forward to our next trip back.
