Not a good experience We usually stayed at Hilton Curio and had excellent experiences, but here, the management was rude to us when we told them our concerns and did not care to fix anything. The room was dirty, with sports all over the floor, especially in the bathroom. The curtains looked like they had never been washed. When I told the manager, he had an attitude, saying, “I checked in around 1 PM, and now it's 4 PM, and I saw the room was dirty?” I didn't understand what he was implying. They didn't change the room, so we moved to the next-door hotel. Overall, it's not a pleasant experience. Also, the day we arrived, I went to sit on the beach. The towel boy told me the beach was closing at 3 pm because they had a wedding so that I couldn't stay. I chose this resort because they have a beach and I paid for my room. I know the resort makes money with the weddings, but I am a customer, too...

Amazing beach at the Reach The Reach by Hilton has an unmatched beach experience in Key West. Perfectly white sand, great cabanas and loungers, and amazing staff (thank you Stephanie, Lilly and Willow). It’s walking distance to the most southern point in the continental USA and to downtown Key West where all the action is! Visit the beach for the day or stay overnight!

Take your own pillow!! Overall great experience. Attentive staff. Love the restaurant. Small enough to feel secure & safe. Great beach! I will recommend that you take your own bed pillows. Even if it means an extra bag! The sheets are disappointing. The pillows are criminal.

Key West trip The hotel is wonderful they associates were all very lovely, especially Anisa, Annie and Gadyls the food was very good the drinks were also. The waiter we had both days he was great. The beach and pool were great also. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you to everyone for making our stay great.

Great Trip to The Reach We had a great time. The staff was excellent. Enjoyed the beach and the bar, drinks were expensive but not out of line with the rest of Key West. Our room was great. Yes at least one elevator was being worked on most of the time we were there but it wasn't an issue for us. Check in and Check out were very efficent. We had a late flight and the gave us a little extra time before check out. All in All we would happily return and stay again
