Great Resort Except Love this place but there is a resident that lives on the fourth floor of the resort that videos people in the pool and parking lot and then posts to her youtube channel. She will not stop even when asked to stop.

NO AIR Conditioning! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is OK. The lack of air conditioning really brought us down. The first night we were there. It was extremely hot and there was no breeze. There is also a gentleman and I use that term loosely, that yells off of his balcony, complains about everything and reported my husband for smoking a cigar out on the patio, we had no idea that there was no smoking on the property. He yelled at us and told us there’s no smoking put that thing out. My husband thanked him and put it out and he still reported us to the office. Staff was very accommodating and kind about the situation. if the condominiums had air conditioning and the old man wasn’t as grumpy and yelling, it would be a great place.

Will not be back This is our second time staying at this resort, however, this time, someone who owns a fraction of the time share was horrible and made the experience terrible for everyone. The woman would play her piano loudly until “quiet time” at night making it impossible to enjoy the pool, watch tv or even carry on a conversation in the evening. She would yell off her balcony and argue with people in the pool. It made it a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.

Low Rent, Noisy and poorly Maintained Low Rent and poorly maintained. That describes our experience at this condo “resort “. We visited in late June, the winds were blowing pretty hard for our visit. The wind gusts were brought to our attention since the units have no AC, so you must keep the windows open for airflow. The winds blew over lamps and shook our lighting fixtures everyday. So it is a must to keep the windows open, thus letting in all the noise in the area. The pigeons and roosters start very early 3;00 ish and continue until a few hours past sunrise. The unit was a 2 bedroom no frills condo, the elevator broke but was repaired in 24 hours. Not much to do unless you drive somewhere. The beach was nice and good for fishing. The jacuzzi is a bit small, but worked fine. No umbrellas or shade around the pool was a minus, but with gale force winds I can see why they didn’t supply them. I would not recommend this place unless it is super cheap and you have no choice but to.

A great location. Parking was good, great location, staff was pleasant and helpful. Security was present on site, cleaning crew were busy making sure everything was ready for the day. Overall this is a great place to stay. As a reminder there is no air conditioning in the rooms, aa with many locations in Hawaii. Fans were provided and there was a breeze most of the time. We were here during a week stretch of high 80s to 90s so in the afternoon it was quite warm.
