Update rooms, great service, fun summer vacation. The rooms have been updated fairly recently. We had a kitchen with updated appliances. Bathrooms had double sinks, plenty of counterspace, and everything was clean. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower. Plenty of charging ports around the unit. Service was outstanding. There was mountain biking and hiking. The adventure center doesn't open until July. The restaurant had good food, but wasn't open 7 days a week. Nice summer vacation.

Nice resort during regular season This is primarily a winter resort and off season there is no place to eat in the resort except small snack shop. It is in a beautiful location however the location of your unit will determine whether you have a nice view. The units facing the back are very disappointing with buildings and air conditioning units in direct view. Other than that the unit was clean and comfortable.

good option for staying in a ski trip We spent 4 nights during a week in Feb 2021 when sking in Killington. We chose a studio with kitchenette so we ddidn't have to eat outside due to covid-19 pandemic. Because of the wall bed, there is ample room when the bed is up. I love the large table with multiple chairs. Kitchen is well equiped. View is great - window faces mountain. Bathroom has two basins so you can use it when somebody is using the shower - a small surprise. There are lots places you can hang you clothes/stuff on. There is a complementary ski check next to the door leading to the slope that is really really convenient for skiers. You can leave your regular shoes in the cubes there after changing into ski boots. The staffs were very fridndly. Overall, we had very good experience with staying in the hotel and would definitly go back in the future.

Great assistance by the concierge! My friends were staying here and I stopped by the concierge to ask a few questions about getting an extra lift ticket, and Tyler was super helpful and I didn't even pay full price, even though I bought it same-day! He loaded my other lift tickets on my pass, and made everything super easy. Thanks!

bday trip part 2 VT staycation. Stayed at the Grand Resort. Location perfect. Room was great with plenty of room, and kitchen. Perfect. Conditions and weather were amazing and enjoyed fresh snow. The uphill travel route was nice, however they have the room to add other uphill routes with the increased popularity of the sport since COVID. Dining options off the resort were pretty good, Charities was our favorite. My only complaint is that you had to reserve a time slot for the hot tub that then was never adhered too. We arrived at our scheduled time, big groups in the hot tubs. Finally was able to get in and another couple joined us ( which was ok as they sat on the other side). However when 3 more choose to join us 10 min later, that was a crowd. Normally I am okay with sharing, however with many not adhering to the travel restrictions, and the increase in COVID, made us get out. A little frustrating after waiting for our time slot and not being able to enjoy it. However the rest of the trip was awesome, I wish I would have booked here all week instead of the last 2 days.
