A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED Stayed 3 Nights in a corner/king room #202 with 2 balconies (one with a great view of the mountain foliage). Room was clean and not too worn. Room negatives for us: 1. HATED the heat source in the room. Mounted on the wall close to the ceiling. It blew directly on the bed which was horrible on my sinuses 2. Need a folding luggage rack in the room. The built-in one in the closet is too small for a suitcase. 3: It was very windy and I’m not sure being on the corner may have made it worse/louder. Probably wouldn’t pick this room again. Also had a few negatives about the hotel in general: 1. Hilton should not say there is a on-site restaurant. ONLY a Starbucks. Not sure it was even a real one. Only open until 11 each morning. Our reservation included breakfast each day and was thinking it would be in a “real restaurant”, not a muffin/yogurt one like you get at the “freebie breakfast” locations. We paid extra $$ for a real one. 2. Same problem for dinner. NO Restaurant. ONLY limited (maybe 6 options) to eat in the bar. We had a car so drove the 2 other nights away for dinner. Pretty Area during the fall. Probably want ever return to Vermont.

False advertising, not worth $, just okay Website not up to date. Is not what is being advertised. Not worth the $400 per night. It was just okay. Columbus Day weekend, stayed 2 nights. CONS: CHECK IN PROBLEMS no one to clean rooms - check in couldn't start until 6/7pm and long line by then. Some waited 2 hours NO BREAKFAST as advertised. Only very limited Starbucks with muffins. Short staffed. NO HOT WATER even at 7:45 am PROS Location on access road Clean and updated rooms, but not real Tapestry level luxury if that is what you are seeking Onsite bar and activities, games, pool table for families good Quiet room for sleeping, nice queen bed

Worst hotel ever!! We stayed for one night as part of a Titan tour of New England. We were supposed to spend two nights here but the hotel had overbooked and we had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere at very short notice. On arrival next day at 5PM we all received a letter of apology and an invite to a Wine and Cheese reception. This reception never happened. Some of our party were also left waiting for their rooms to be available. The dinner buffet was sparse and of very poor quality as was the breakfast. We were not made to feel welcome at all. In fact we were made to feel an inconvenience. We hope very much that Titan will not use this hotel ever again!! AVOID.

Ok hotel, not staffed very well We stayed as part of a Titan tour group. We received a fantastic welcome at the hotel with cheese, wine, biscuits etc. Sadly it went a bit downhill from there. Our allocated room had not been serviced from the previous occupant who had left it in a right mess - including the toilet! This was changed for us and the next room was very nice indeed, spacious and comfortable. The room was well fitted out and even included a microwave. Plumbing in the hotel was a little iffy as more than one other in our party had blocked toilets. All staff there were very pleasant and helpful with any queries dealt with straight away. Real issues with obtaining an evening meal. The menu on the website was not the one offered having been scaled down. There was only one barman and one girl in the restaurant to cater for our coachload and then another coach also arrived. Ridiculous to have known of coachloads of people arriving and not staff for it. These two had no chance on their own. As a result service was very slow (not surprising) but when the food eventually came it was very good. Nearby there were no restaurants open within a reasonable and safe walking distance. Allergies are not really catered for at all, my wife is coeliac and had a choice of one - salad. We were told food would be available from 1700 and later at 1800 but it was 1840 before we could place an order. There is a "swimming pool" but it is tiny and no good for swimming but fine to relax in. Breakfast was included which was ok but not brilliant, for gluten free there is not even any bread. The hotel is basically ok but has limited nearby amenities and is not staffed well.
