Nice place to stay We had a very enjoyable stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The bed could have been a little bit more comfortable but wasn't as bad as some we have had at other casinos. We didn't use the pool to many children and noise, but it is summer.

Nice Resort with Friendly Staff! We had a very nice stay at the Seven Clans and the Coushatta casino. My best memory is how friendly and helpful just about everyone at the hotel and casino was to us. Each employee with whom we interacted went out of their way to help us. They were so friendly and professional. Ironically, the only exceptions were the grumpy and less than helpful folks at the casino host office. The hotel is very nice with clean, modern rooms that worked really well. The beds and linens were so comfortable! The technology is up to date with nice lighting and charging options. The casino is also clean and well maintained. It's a good size: not too big and not too small. There is a nice variety of machines that are kept in good working order and the staff is great. But, the dining and drinking and entertainment options at Coushatta are really limited. This is where the hotel differs from other casino resorts that are trending toward luxury experiences. Here, they aim for the middle and they do that well. At Coushatta, there is not even a nice fitness center. There is no spa or massage services or anything like that. The shops are basic too (and not even open every day). If the steakhouse is closed (2-3 days a week), you really can't find a nice meal. or find a decent glass of wine (in a glass) or a proper cocktail. There is no lounge or cocktail bar. You will have to have pretty good Asian food or a big mess of fried food in one of those Styrofoam boxes most places stopped using 30 years ago. But, for the crowd, all of this is fine and it does work. Overall, we had a very visit. We made do with the available food. Because of the friendly staff and the well maintained casino and nice hotel rooms, we will return.

Visited once, won’t go back Our first trip to Coushatta, went with friends for 2024 Super Bowl weekend and stayed at the Seven Clans for 2 nights. Drove 6 hours to get there. Overall poor experience. Pros: - the lobby had a pleasant fragrance and the front desk staff was nice - the shower amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) were very nice - good security; elevators could only be accessed with a room key - free drinks at the bar if you play a slot machine at the bar - overall hotel and casino staff were very friendly and nice Cons: - our room was humid and smelled like stale cigarette smoke (even though it’s a non-smoking hotel). Upholstered chair and ottoman were filthy/dirty/stained. And we paid over $200 a night - some of the casino guests were a really rough crowd (whatever you think is the “worst of the worst”, they were worse than that). The vicinity around the casino was pretty rundown, so maybe they were local residents who were lured there by free drinks - the casino was so smoky that my eyes burned the entire time and were SWOLLEN SHUT when I woke up the next day. We’ve been to Vegas many times and I’ve NEVER experienced anything like that, and I don’t have any allergies. - bath towel quality wasn’t great and we only got 2 of each. I wanted an extra towel and found a housekeeper in the hallway, but the “clean” towel she gave me had really gross brown stains on it - The Seven Clans hotel only had one bar/restaurant, which advertised Starbuck’s coffee, but it was closed. The front desk staff said it was because it was off-season and that it only opened for special events or large groups. The hotel was fully booked and it was Super Bowl weekend, so I don’t understand why the ONLY restaurant in that hotel wasn't open - Since the Seven Clans’ Starbucks was closed, it was impossible to get a quick cup of coffee or snack at that hotel. The Grand Hotel had a Starbucks, but it was an enormously long walk (through the entire casino) from the Seven Clans, so we walked through the outdoor parking lot in rainy, cold weather to get coffee both mornings. - the casino has several restaurants but the food is overpriced and quality is so-so. Mediocre breakfast tacos were $9.00, sweet and sour chicken was $22.00. - there are NO OFFSITE RESTAURANTS NEARBY because the property is in the middle of NOWHERE, and you’re a captive audience. We will never go back.

Can’t wait to be back! We left today wishing we had a few more days there. Very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable! Hope to be back soon. Diner was good and very convenient access to the casino. I found myself enjoying just hanging in the lobby. Pool was a lot of fun too. Stay here.

Nice place to stay We visited for a golf tournament that my boyfriend was in at Koasati pines. The hotel is very nice. No complaints about the room it was nice as well. We visited in March so no pools were open. The bell guy that brought our luggage up was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is we were not allowed to have a late checkout even though we were told we could on the phone when booking. Overall a good experience and would return.
