Great hotel We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a roadtrip. Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and well equipped. Pool and hot tub were good too. Great location for seeing the sights around Portland and also close to shops and restaurants. Would recommend

Another great stay. Starting with friendly service at the desk to a super clean room with comfy beds, Best Western is always my first choice.

Sweet Surprise I love the waterfalls at the front door. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The breakfast is hot and fresh. I love the pool area. I was able to get my laundry done for work. The whole experience was amazing _. I will be back for sure!!!!

Not Best Western Plus standards We rented the two room suite for our family. 2 adults, 4 kids. The website photos are very misleading. For starters, it shows pictures of a room with a king bed and another room with two beds. There was no King bed. One tv didn’t work at all. Outdated furniture and decor throughout. Front desk associate at check in was rude. Later that evening when we tried reporting the tv not working, we gave up after no answer for over 4 minutes of the phone ringing.
