The Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton, Exceptional Hotel to Stay/ Excellent Staff I traveled nearly 800 miles from my home town to Philadelphia and I had a room booked ahead of time at a hotel there. Well, once I arrived, the hotel was absolutely horrible, so I checked right back out and decided to go and stay at the Alloy King of Prussia/ Doubletree. Upon my arrival I was greeted with such a pleasant welcome from the front counter staff to the staff working inside the hotel and even meeting staff in passing in the elevators, excellent group of people. The hotel was packed with people, yet it was clean, with a pleasant smell and atmosphere. One morning as I was going out the door, a very nice and pleasant man was standing in the lobby area thanking guest for staying at the hotel and I later found out that he was the hotel manager, exceptional customer service. I don’t know all of the staff members names but I personally want to thank the staff at the hotel, along with Kimberly and Ana at the front counter and Bud the hotel manager for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Awesome place to stay.

Alloy! Where luxury meets value!! We have stayed at a lot of hotels and doubletree is definitely a preferred hotel for us but ALLOY is beautiful! High end finishes and amazing room service for less than the average hotel! Ana and Jackie were AMAZING! They were so kind and helpful! Now we have our hotel when in this area!

Mediocre to Good Pros - Room was clean and comfortable. Meals in the hotel restaurant are very good to excellent. Very close to King of Prussia Mall. Cons - workers at the front desk are sullen Meh - they frequently run out of their chocolate chip cookies. Cannot stream from their tv's using amazon firestick or mirroring. They do have a channel that allows streaming for Netflix if you have a Netflix account; otherwise you are out of luck for Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube TV, etc.

Amazing front desk staff The front desk staff is amazing!! Kimberly and Anna went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and ok. I had a small issue and they were quick to help me and make sure my daughter and I were satisfied with our new room! They always had a smile on their faces and were willing to help

Prim and proper... I am faithful to the Hilton brand and have stayed in quite a few all over the world. I am absolutely blown away that in a little town outside of Philadelphia I would have such an amazing stay at this property. Check in was warm and comforting as I was also recognized for my Diamond status. In fact, every person I encountered at the front desk was helpful and cheery. Later I had drinks at the bar.. service was prompt and the bartenders were fun and talkative. The rooms are updated and spacious and I was a short four minute from the King of Prussia Mall. I was in town on business but ended up having an amazing time at this property. I will definitely be returning!
