Worst hotel stay. This was the worst hotel stay I ever experienced!!! The bathroom was in bad shape. They must have painted the tub and tile and it was peeling and dirty. The toilet and floors needed to be scrubbed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff members are young, lack experienced so they aren’t very helpful. I have stayed in much older places that were not dilapidated and dirty. Also the so called breakfast is a self serve cup of coffee and packaged little muffin. If I could give this monstrosity a zero I would.

Best for the price For the most part the experience of staying here is pretty good I don't have much to complain about for the price it dose what you need it to be for work people here are very nice and help you ASAP when you ask them by far better then most hotels that are 2 time as much stay here!!!

Run away from Extended Stay America, King of Prussia, PA Housekeeping only services the rooms every 14 days & that's only if they have enough staffing, due to the high turnover of staff. Even then there is not a lot of consistency. You may or may not get toilet paper or tissues. The dirty towels may get taken & you may or may not get fresh ones. The towels & wash cloths are 10% Polyester, so be prepared to use more than one towel to dry off. There is no one at the front desk 11pm to 7am so you are on your own. There are random times you must use your room key to get in the front door, but not to worry - the side doors are often propped open due to lack of security.

Terrible stay. Start to finish. I had called the 844-966-0890 prior to checking-in to confirm my reservation and enquire about the kitchenette and items available in the room. The representative confirmed that the hotel would indeed have all the crockery and china at check-in. On checking-in into the hotel, no one at the desk. Finally had a receptionist come in with a phone to her ear. Thereafter, it took 15 mins just to have them check me in. On entering room we checked the kitchenette and besides the electric stove top and refrigerator the kitchen was bare. Called the front desk and they said they ran out off crockery. We had to go back down and drive to a grocery store so we could stock the kitchen. This is not what I was expecting and if you sell/advertise a room with a kitchenette there better be crockery to go with it otherwise you are taking your customers for a ride. I would not recommend this hotel, if you want to call it that.

Nice Stay @ KOP Nice and clean room . The staffs were very professional and good people. Recommend extended Stay America King of Prussia for those who are looking for short/long term stay. Long term stay comes with more discounts.
