Breakfast Buffet Shrinkflation The hotel is very nice, near a beautiful mall and plenty of other restaurants in the area. We think the property is suffering from Shrinkflation with the reduction of the omelet station that used to be a part of the breakfast. What a disappointment for a Hyatt House property

Great and clean hotel Clean hotel, and a friendly accommodating staff. I've stayed here twice, and will stay here in the future when visiting the Philadelphia area. The evening hotel staff was polite and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. I'm not long winded, just trying to fill up the minimum character requirement.

Great stay and hospitality, clean and spacious hotel We stayed here as a one-night stop off when travelling through PA. I could not have been happier with the choice to stay at Hyatt House Kind of Prussia. The hotel was clean/spotless, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, very comfortable beds and pillows, great space to relax. We especially loved the pool area also--very clean, open, and the pool water was great for kids. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone and definitely will stay here again. It's also super convenient to the highway and stores at KoP mall and shopping area.

Happy with my stay but window noise insulation could be improved The room was modern and spacious. It was cleaned every day which was appreciated since other places do it every second day. The hair drier didn't work but it wasn't a big deal. The one issue was that the room faced the highway and the noise insulation wasn't great so there was quite a bit of noise due to traffic at all hours at night. The staff was excellent and also found the breakfast very good. I would go back to this hotel

Shopping trip My wife and I were staying for a couple of nights as we did some shopping. We stayed at the hotel a few years ago, and it is showing signs of aging. Although there was nothing broken or dirty, it is in need of a refresh throughout. We stayed in a king suite and it was very spacious. Staff was all very courteous and attentive.
