STAY AWAY !!! HORRIBLE ASSISTANT GM N STAFF So I've stayed here before no issues they have become greedy and mean people! Especially the assistant gm ! I had 2 reservations one for my friends and one for me n my gf so both my reservations were under my mom and they refused to give my rooms my mom verified everything still THEY REFUSED!!!! now I've stayed here before and no issues !!! But today I was rudely confronted by assistant gm he was beyond rude not respectful ! He's like just have ur mom come down here I can't she has plans I still can't check you in yet he spoke to her on phone all is good yet he refused this place was great to customers now they are pushing away choice members and choice employees discounts this place is beyond terrible service I will be contacting corporate and make sure they settle this issue ! How do let money just walk out what a joke of a staff!!!

The Cream of the Crop, as always We absolutely love this hotel. The staff and breakfast can't be beat. Love love love that the heated pool and hot tub is open 24 hours. The location right by Old Town is amazing, best view around. We stayed on the 7th floor and could see everything - right down to the hot air balloon at Disney Springs and all the area fireworks. The staff is very accommodating. I miss this hotel every time I leave. The only complaint I have is the elevators - they are getting old and are so slow!

Great place to stay while in Orlando. Comfort Suites Maingate East is 10 to 15 minutes from the Disney resorts, depending on which park you visit. Also, very reasonably priced due its location. The staff at this hotel is professional and friendly and saw to our every need (more bath towels and linens for the pull-out sofa). Nice Tiki bar on the pool deck. Pool is also larger than the average hotel pool. Rooms are very spacious to where you won't feel like you're boxed in. Full breakfast in the morning, you don't have to wait in line to make your waffles as the staff prepares them for you. They even make waffles shaped like Mickey. If Disney is too expensive for you, Fun Spot is right across the street. Fun Spot offers a wide variety of thrill rides for all ages, including go-karts and offers all day passes for all rides (Except the sling shot) for a very good price. For some adult night life, Old Town is right down the street and within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. In addition there are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel and there is also a Publix about a half mile from the hotel if you want to get drinks or make your own food. But any food needs to be microwavable. If I ever have to go back to Orlando for a vacation, this hotel will be at the top of my list for booking.

5 day vacation Well done ! Everyone who saying dirty are lying !! It wasn't dirty at all nothing was old I was on 7th floor me and My gf loved our room ! Place was perfect so much to do with in walking distance ! Also if u want fun spot view n old Town the roller coaster is loud hotel does hold its noise well but it does come threw at times. We had a absolutely fun time ! Staff was great ! Check in was smooth and any time I needed stuff they helped us ! Bar was fun! Hot tub yes hot but not as hot needs just a bit more water heat pressure ! The only down fall I suggest beds need to be changed and sheets n mattress cover needs to be newer overall no issue also parking was perfect

Excellent I have been a guest of this hotel for more than 10 years and it is one of my favorites in Florida. As a diamond member for 15 years with Choice Hotels, this ranks is one of my favorites in the state. Conroy on the front desk is a fantastic ambassador for your hotel and one of the reasons I have continued to come back because he is so gracious and fantastic with Customer Service, I live in Daytona Beach Shores on the beach but bring my wife here from time to time as a nice retreat because it’s such a nice hotel.
