Never again and you shouldn’t either Due to a family emergency I had to make a quick stop there for one night with my wife and daughter. Being a Platinum member, the highest level, I had enough points to stay for free. The only reason we chose this one was because all the better choice hotels in the area were sold out. For some reason this hotel has a $10 service charge when using points for a free night. I’ve never had that happen ever before but ok we needed a place to sleep. When I went to check-in I’m told there is a mandatory $100 deposit in addition to the service fee. That wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the reservation process and every other choice hotel I’ve stayed at has waived any deposit as I am a platinum member and have been for more than 10 years. ¿If I caused problems or damage do you think I would have that status? It was late and had no choice so I payed the deposit. When we get to the parking spot and are walking to our room there is a strong odor of weed. _ In the room there is a very strong odor of bleach. I discovered this was to cover the lack of cleaning. There was NO toilet paper in the room. I was going to go to the front office to get some but my wife said they will use the tissue but there was hardly any of that in the box. After a fitful nights sleeps, on horrible pillows but decent mattress, I got up to take a shower. There are multiple pieces of hair on the shower walls so I have to rinse all the walls off before I can step into the shower. Plus the grout between the tiles had mold stains. Choice hotels should investigate and shut this hotel down until new owners/management is brought in and this hotel is cleaned and brought up to standards.

Cheap but not good The price was very inexpensive. The hotel (motel) exterior was very run down, dirty, filthy. A fresh coat of paint for entire exterior and sidewalks would help. The bedding was semi-clean. The pillows looked old. I slept on TOP of the sheets. The tub and shower was dirty. The bath countertops and toilet were clean. The floors were sticky. TV was small and picture blurry. Furniture was old and run down. The free breakfast was waffles, toast/bread and some fruit. No proteins. No eggs, no meats. The office is not clearly marked. It's a building sitting by itself and the Quality Inn sign is on the road site but as you turn it no longer visible. Nothing to indicated its the "front desk". One nice feature was the pool was a zero entry style. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. If you just need to sleep it may be ok.

You get what you pay for I'll start with the good stuff. The night desk workers were very nice, especially since they were checking a literal bus load of people the night we came. Looked like a school trip. Was very fast and friendly. The hotel price was very cheap but herein lies the problem. You get what you pay for. We walk in, ok doesn't look so bad, but it's hidden. We go to turn on the tv, sound only, no picture. I went to go to the bathroom, tripped and accidentally hit the toilet with my knee, no biggie except the entire toilet moved, it was not screwed to the floor. Tried to wash my hands, the sink faucet literally popped off. the part on the bottom to attach it was broke and they just...stuck it back on like no big deal. The lock on the door was broke. And the shower sprayed outside the shower above the curtain. My husband had to screw it on tighter to prevent everything getting soaked. Like I said you get what you pay for but the absolute worst part? They charged us a $100 deposit! It's broke before we get in there! We did get it back and no I didn't say anything to the morning staff, because there was already a man in there saying something in his room was broke. The desk worker walked over to her computer typed in like 3 letters then asked what I needed help with. Afterwards didn't finish writing anything else in the computer. So basically saying she would do something without actually putting in any information to actually fix the issue the man had. So me saying anything wouldn't have done anything anyways. It was quiet too but, again, careful staying here, it's got a lot of problems with it.

Quality it Isnt! Being on a tight budget, I've stayed here before. Its simply a place to stay a night. In actuality its a one star, but as they are apparently trying to improve it, they get 2 stars. For the most part, I found the rooms to be relatively clean, and roach free unlike the past. My room had nice hardwood flooring, although near the bathroom it was installed VERY sloppy! Sadly I had issues with my charging port, and couldn't get a picture. The bed linens have been improved since my last visit in which there was just a sash across bed. Now it is a comforter which has the sash printed on it. MOST concerning was the observation that apparently it is somewhat a transient hotel. The room to the right of me had the door open, and it was cluttered and I noticed the room to the left was similar. In addition, there was someone staying in their car overnight, along with an RV parked overnight with people in it. At 4am someone was pounding on my door. As i obviously wasn't expecting anyone, I ignored it. As I said, the only reason I gave 2 stars is that at least they are making efforts to upgrade rooms some. The work however is sloppy and incomplete. For instance, If you put new flooring in, at least paint the inside of the door as pictured. Speaking of doors, my key card worked, but I had to basically do a body block on door to open it! Due to some mobility issues, I had an accessible room. For others with more issues as in a chair, there is no way they could do a body block to open door! The accessible bathroom was kinda accessible. Shower was a roll in, with bars and a seat in it, as pictured, however no bars around toilet. There is a "breakfast" so to speak, but don't bother! Coffee, juice machine which was out of service, so a huge Mason jar of Sunny Delight, a waffle maker, bread and chocolate chip muffins. I found the coffee in the room much better! Oh and you will likely have to search for plugs that aren't loose and will hold the plug in! Also almost forgot about the AC. PROBABLY great during the summer, as it kept room VERY cold. I tried to raise temperature on unit to warm it up, but nothing seemed to change, so I simply turned it off and kept warm under comforter. All in all if you are on a tight budget, and don't demand perfection, this establishment will suffice. I'd suggest asking for a courtyard room. In my past visits, my room was there and never noticed the transient issue, if indeed they had one on my prior visit.

Don’t stay here. This was the absolute worst hotel experience of my entire life. The facility itself is so gross. The common area and lobby smell of mold and musk. It’s not clean. The breakfast area is old, food was gross. The batter for the waffles likely say our for months. The muffins were old, as well. The initial room we got had mold everywhere, rust all over the door and in the bathroom. The shower curtain hardware was hanging on by a thread. Gaping holes in the bathtub itself with areas to seriously get hurt. The smell of the room was vile. There was blood on the curtains. The water would not stop in the shower-which was already dripping when we got there, and not just a drip, but constant running. And the people that stayed there were certainly crack heads. I’ve never felt more unsafe in my life. We asked to switch rooms. We were then out in a nicer room-cleaner for sure with a bathroom that was okay. Still mold on curtains and on walls. Beware if you have strong mold allergies. The day we checked out we saw roaches, 4 of them. Overall, I’m still scrubbing the nastiness of this place off my skin. We needed just a place to literally sleep and unfortunately since we had to pay ahead, we were somewhat stuck. But our cat would have been better. I would never advise anyone to stay here.
