Great value, worth a look The office was undergoing renovations and reception is setup temporarily in a hallway, which made it seem like an amateur operation but that wasn't the case. Check-in was smooth if slightly long. Unfortunately, they put us in what was at some point a smoking unit as we could smell it. And there were some things missing from the kitchen but they were quick to remedy that as soon as we reported it. The beds were comfortable, no complaints. The TV package is pretty extensive. The pool and activities were fun, and the pool bar was nice. Landscaping is beautiful and it's a very enjoyable place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The stairs leading up to the slides smell like mushrooms but the slides were fun. Overall, I would say that this place is great value. I'm generally satisfied with my stay and would recommend it for those who want a fun resort feel and aren't expecting luxury villas. There's quite a bit included, a lot on offer, and many things we didn't even take advantage of, like buses to theme parks.

DON’T STAY HERE!! DON’T stay here! Dirty, smelly and NOT WORTH IT!!! The room smells moldy. The front desk’s answer was to SPRAY the room to hide the smell!!! The A/C wasn’t working! The maintenance guy came 3 times and rigged it to work! (Mike was a nice guy and worked hard to make it right. The bed is super uncomfortable. The only good thing, we brought our own pillows! The we returned to find a dirty, smelly mop on the kitchen counter!!! No towels! Went to the front desk. Delia and the other staff laughed when I showed them the picture of the mop!!! They put you here in this dump and try to sell you an IHG vacation time share. The furniture is shabby and old. THEY LEFT THE CLEAN TOWELS OUTSIDE THE DOOR IN A BAG! What a joke!

Good…. But… The townhouse was good. Twin beds in second bedroom were terrible! They were creaky, uncomfortable and rolled away from the wall when you moved. My family member had to sleep on the pullout sofa in the living room which was not much better. They advertise that the pool and lazy river are heated…. They definitely are not! Otherwise, we had a fun time

Not impressed and disappointed Although the resort amenities were nice. We will not return next year but book a different accommodation. I genuinely do not think that there are enough cleaners on site to clean the rooms before the next guests. Our room is filthy, the bedroom carpets not been hoovered in months, we have got bite marks on legs, the bathrooms are filthy and i don’t think the towels or bedding had been changed from previous guests as they stank and were clearly dirty and yellow. We arrived late so went straight to sleep. Following morning went straight to Walmart and bought washing capsules to wash all the bedding and towels ourselves which is not what you would expect to do. The floor was swept as full of hairs. I then had to complain that the back veranda door handle and toilet handle were both broken. We had no coffee or tea as basics so bought everything. Not impressed by the customer service, complained about people just placing towels on the poolside chairs so no one else could use them. Staff said there is no policing that and to sit on them anyway. Won’t stay here again we’re already struggling in week one and have another 6 days left to stay, we spend all our time off site instead so waste of money staying here..

Great for a family space Newly refurbished home and very functional. Pools and areas clean and maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Good security on site. Central location for all Orlando's attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants locally. Walmart and fuel just round the corner. All good thanks and would come again. Lee England April 2025
